Dreadful Experience with H&R BlockMy encounter with H&R Block, especially tax analyst Rejieli (Rachel) Keroack, was utterly dreadful. Not only was communication abysmal and errors rampant, but Rejieli's rudeness, lack of awareness, and unpleasant odor made the experience truly unbearable.

Made an appointment online last night, got scheduled with Rejieli. This morning, she calls and says she's going to cancel the appointment and we should just do our taxes online, and was continuously interupting. Call "dropped" and then when we called back, our appointment time was no longer available. Completely unprofessional and honestly the worst experience we've ever had with H&R Block.

Sylvia has been doing my taxes for years now and I really like her and H&R Block. Professional, courteous and fast. Sylvia works hard to ensure everything is done correctly and efficiently. She even helped me fill out a W4 form for another client. I can go to them with all my tax questions and issues! They're very on top of it!
