Haven’t been able to call for an appointment for get prescriptions for nearly 2 months while their online/phone system was hacked, more than likely leaking everyone’s personal information to god knows who in the process

Front desk workers are very chatty with each other, constantly gossiping and can never answer a simple question. Anytime I try and call I'm on hold for over 20 minutes. Seems patient care is second on their mind, I'll be looking to switch to another location.
