Great customer service! I ordered and received a medallion that unfortunately lost its color. I was disappointed and posted a review of my displeasure. I was contacted by getbacksupply and provided them with a picture and order number. Today, I received an email that they are going to send me another medallion to replace the original! I always expect good customer service but this company provides it! Thank YOU.

I complained because my chain broke. I give my review after my purchase. It took a while before they answered, but when they did, they were very nice to me. Then replaced the necklace chain, and sent a stronger one. Very happy with that. Good service.
