I have been a member since 2015 and they have always been a good credit union and service. They gave me a great auto loan and personal loan when I needed it. 5/5, great place and management.

I've been a member with Frontwave for nearly 10 years. Every single interaction I've had with them has been beyond exceptional and this time was no different. I worked with Alfredo and Carla on selling my old car all the way through securing and finalizing a loan for my new car. They provided all the information I needed and then some to make sure everything went smoothly throughout the whole process. I could not be happier with the service I was provided!

Had to cash my cashiers' check. Too many questions that I think were none of their business. Questions like, "where did you get the money'. "What will I do with the money" and a bunch of questions" making you feel criminal.

BY ANY MEANS PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CREDIT UNION! They can care less about the people they do business with! I had the misfortune of doing business with them and taking out a car loan with them. I was bed ridden due to Covid fighting for my life due to my health deteriorating fast and all while this happened due to an error on their behalf they weren’t able to confirm my insurance for a month which btw was 100% paid for and covered. They imposed an Insurance of their own to cover the vehicle which was tripled the amount I currently pay insurance for and when the amount exceeded my current loan payment by twice the amount thus not being able to be processed by my bank account they charged me the original car payment that I usually make and pushed the rest of the amount for their imposed insurance as a missed loan payment. By the time my condition was stable enough for me to become aware of the situation they had already declared my loan to be on a delinquent status. Thus having my car impounded on a Sunday. Mind you they do not open on Sundays, meaning they knew I would not be able to get ahold of them until the next day having me charged for my car being in the impound lot over night. (P.s.) This was the worst experience I had with them not to mention the countless other times I’ve had to deal with similar situations due to their mishaps as a result of their carelessness and unprofessional ways of doing business. My only intention with writing this review is to help someone else avoid having to deal with this money hungry credit union.

This is the best Financial Institution I have ever dealt with by far! They are fair, friendly and legitimately care about you.! Karla, Martha and the entire crew offer the best products and services ever! My bank/ Credit Union for life! The best by far!

Very inconsistent with policies. I was informed I could cash my personal checks that I get for babysitting work without a 9 day hold as long as I went to the bank and cashed in person. They cashed 2 weekly checks for me and then when I came back for the 3rd week they said they couldn’t and that the other gals weren’t supposed to do that. I then had to drive to Wells Fargo instead to cash it there then drive back to deposit my money. Very inconvenient. Would not bank here if you need your money available immediately, the 9 day holds last 4 months.

Always met with a sincere greeting at this newly remodeled location. The banking experience always feels like a professional and personable transaction as opposed to just lining up at the counter for service.

We have been with this credit union for nearly 10 years. We recently applied for a mortgage. We were told it would take 30 days to close the loan when we applied. We also applied with 2 other banks. Each promised a 30-day closing. After we signed the application, we were then told it would take 60 days. If this isn't a bait-and-switch scenario, I don't know what is. While we made every effort to get them the supporting documents and information as quickly as possible, they did not behave in kind. Communication was slow, processing was slow and requests to our employers for verification were unnecessarily delayed. We were promised that we would be able to sign the documents at a certain date and time. We arranged for time off with our employers and moved around other appointments in our schedule. Next week, we're on vacation. Now they are back-peddling and breaking another promise telling us we may not be able to sign tomorrow. So, if you decide to apply for a loan with this company, know that they will not tell you the truth when it comes to closing times, they will not go out of their way to make it up to you, in fact, they will ignore your emails and phone calls when you try to get any type of resolution.

Worst bank in the world. Awful customer service, rude employees, they will talk condescendingly to you when calling the call centers. Everything about this establishment is garbage.

The best financial institute I have ever worked with. They truly believe in customer first service. I utilize two of their branches and the staff at each are incredibly friendly.
