Awful experience, the cashier charged me $2,531 usd on a buy of $142 usd, have been 10 days since and they don't give me back my money yet. They said that in 24 hours they going to refund me. 10 days and nothing!!! If you want to be robed go there.

Jazmine is for the major win, her customer service is unmatched! She is so genuine and nice and treats everyone with the utmost respect. It was very refreshing to see that we still have people as nice as this. She helped me get the pair of shoes I wanted, even though they are rare and discontinued.

Came in looking for a particular shoe that Vans and Journeys did not sell, and this place had it! I was so excited! It was the same price as similar shoes at Vans next door, $85. The store was empty on a Friday night. If you need shoes, come here! They have all types.

This store really has a lot of product and the young staff working there are very helpful. I recommend this shop because of The Way We were treated, we left with a smile on our face and will come back again and again.

I went to Foot Locker today and received thebest customer service from their sales associate Connor.Connor was not only helpful but extremelyknowledgeable as well and directed me to the exact shoes I was looking for. I never shop at Footlocker but after today I know I will be a loyal and happy customer. My sister and I thank you connor.you were the best!!

Long story short my daughter came from out of town to visit and wanted a pair of shoes as she pays this rude lady name Dayja says no cash and if your paying better be exact money hey total was $64.65 so of course my daughter didn’t have exact change who does, then Dayja takes back the shoes cause she doesn’t want to help my daughter pay with a big bill so I see my daughter walking out the store upset so I asked to help and pay with my debit card as I ask for the shoes again and pay with my card I see she missed spell the email still was there and kept trying to complete my transaction I asked for a copy of my receipt in person but she asks me to come around the register very rude and says you can input your email correctly like if she couldn’t do her job once again I input my correct number mail and hit the button to get a copy in person I went back around and Dayja looks at me and laugh as she crumbles my receipt and trashes it I was very upset and asked her why would you do that she continues to laugh and says we gone electronically for receipt do to my kids being here for a couple of days I need receipts do to court so does her dad and it was a simple thing she could of just hand me a receipt and say sorry from now on just be aware that we no longer hand these but no she laugh and was very unprofessional for her role at that store I will no longer shop there and I will make sure more of my friends and family passes the word out this could of been handle a more professional way and gave me a sorry for the inconvenience type of thing we don’t all work by electronic or emails some of us are old school hope corporate take matters in to hand and fix this cause I have videos of what happen and how she acted along with her staff and you can see I wasn’t being rude all I asked for was a simple physical receipt pls to everyone

I took my grandson shopping for running shoes. There were 3 salespeople at the shoe store and they were not very helpful. It wasn’t busy at all and not one showed any desire to “sell” or at least show interest in showing us the different type of shoes. The reason that I am writing this review is because we went to the Kid Foot Locker and noticed the big difference in customer service. There was only one sales person there (Matthew) and he was very attentive and friendly. Matthew gave tips on what to look for in running shoes.We ended up buying from this store because my grandson’s foot size was size 9 and the Kid Foot Locker did not carry his size.

PLACE HAS A GOOD SELECTION OF JORDAN GEAR.. JUST NO SIZES BIGGER THAN XL.. I MEAN JUAT A COUPLE XXL BUT NOT MANY.. STILL A GREAT STORE.. WILL RETURN.
