I am so pissed. This store is now like a Ross, and I tried to use a gift card that my husband got for me, nearly a year ago. When I scratched it off, i lost a few of the numbers. No help on the phone. They want me to go to the store. I hate Macys right now.

Holidays are coming you really can tell, 2nd floor has changed and is looking better. Just bought some goodies at Macys. You can tell there is a positive difference in staff on this floor, way to go for the store manager Mrs. Wynter for going beyond and above.

Was in the woman's petite section looking for a blazer that I had seen on line approx. 2 hours before I arrived at the store. The good part of going to that store was the parking lot was almost empty. The escalator to go up was out of service, I have a mobility problem, and my husband tried to find the elevator, we didn't see any sales persons. Found the elevator after about 20 minutes, went to the petite section, and the store was a mess! I didn't find the blazer , and couldn't fine any employees to ask where they were, or if they had any! My husband did find a cellphone on top of some clothes, and a customer that was there said she had seen another women just a few minutes before, so we gave her the phone to give to the customer, and since it was only 3 of us there. While my husband was trying to find a store representative, the other woman was running around tried to find the owner. We finally gave up and told the person to find on where to turn in the phone , and we had to leave because by that time,I had a lot of back pain! We didn't see any personnel on the way out of the store either!! Don't bother with this store, it should be closed down!!!

I wanted to give a shoutout to Victoria from the beauty department for Lancôme! I stopped by to find the perfect Mother's Day gift for my mom. She went the extra mile to make it special from giving top notch recommendations to helping wrap and box the gift itself. I really appreciate the effort, thank you so much! My mom is going to love her gift!

Worst customer service ever. Every single time I come in this store I feel like no body works here. When it comes time to check out you have to look through the whole store for an open register. Despite the fact that there's a lot of employees just roaming around. The only reason I come here is for the discounted Levi's women's jeans.... But I'm starting to think it's not worth it

Try to take an item back and they said they saw scratches but I never even took it out of the package trying to explain it but no they couldn't hear me. He said they were scratches in the lens of the classes which is a complete lie. That's the way they sold them to me never could see the scratches myself even put on my bifocals to see couldn't see it people lie just not to have to take turns don't shop here.

This review is about the corporate offices not scheduling enough people to work here. I still like the in-store experience even though I do buy things online this is the 3rd time I've come here to buy something and sadly I had to leave because of lack of customer service. The first time I waited 20 minutes for one clerk to finish with one customer. This time there was one tired looking clerk that told me she didn't have time to help me because there were more customers to help. huh? Macy's, either close down and let another store open up here with better inventory and better customer service or just close up like Nordstrom's did. Escondido Macys you are sad.

Expensive. That's the reason for this review. This store is stocked full of great items but wow is everything expensive. A single pair of pants I looked at cost around $150. Yikes. All the employees I interacted with were very nice and professional though!

Nasty. Tried to buy small purchase with my store card that was sent to me at its initiative. Confiscated the card which had never had any irregularities, no missed or late payments, no warning the cardholder. Never going again.

Horrible customer service. A bunch of employees were gathered together socializing and ignoring customers. I needed assistance in the cosmetics department so I went up to them and they ignored me and made me wait while they finished their conversation. The older caucasian blonde woman was rude and just trying to make me go away so they can go back to socializing. Their cosmetics department is very small and cramped, and they don't carry all the brands other Macy's stores have.

After being a long time customer the store manager Raul (at least that is who he said was his title when I asked to escalate) failed to accept return of a sweater that I purchased 10 days ago and did not even use the sweater. His argument first was that it smells like mens clogne!!!! I did email their corporate because I believe Macy's is a great corporation that needs help by getting ride of these unprofessional individuals that impact their reputation and cause them to lose their customer. Simple lesson learned: DO NOT SHOP AT THE MACY'S LOCATED IN THE WESTFIELD MALL BECAUSE THEY GIVE YOU A HEADACHE WHEN AND IF STH IS WRONG AFTER PURCHASE.
