First time coming to here as I was referred to by a guy an employee at Home Depot. I was looking for a particular hardware for my toilet. I walked in and saw an employee on the floor working. I just wanted to ask a quick question if they had that particular product (my phone out with the image displayed). He said," Hang on a sec." Told him airtight do your thing. He proceeded to then to continue what he was doing as I stood walking around isles clueless. 10 mins past and I just said fugit I'll ask the guy at the front. Stood in line and a couple were ahead of me. He sounded so polite and gave excellent service to them. As soon as they were done, I barely had a chance to finish my question and he abruptly said "Hang on, I have another customer on the line that I need to finish an order for." AT this point, I'm like wtf is this place so I walked out. Never I have ever experience such crap customer service. These 2 clowns weren't busy and could have spared me 1 min of their time to simply answer if they carried a product. I ended up ordering the part from Amazon and had it sent same day. Honestly, this is why retail and stores are dying because of this BS. Don't come to this lame as place for your toilet needs. You'll have a better experience at Amazon. Bunch of Bums.

This is the place a real pro goes. You better know what you want. Items are easy to find. Prices are more reasonable than the big box stores. Service? I was thrilled to call ahead, pick up my order and get back in the road in minutes. Elsewhere this would have cost me $100 more plus the time. As I mentioned, know what you want and get it at Fergusons.

Their support team is beyond excellent. I was looking to replace a broken tub spout. I brought the part and when we can't find a store replacement, Greg went out of his way to search the part in the Delta catalog. When he found the part but didn't have in their warehouse, he even helped locate where I can get it. Very professional and very customer care centric. Thanks Greg!

This is an exceptional plumbing retailer/ wholesaler. Gregory gave great service when I bought a water heater for will call by my plumber. Excellent stock of parts and supplies. will go again!

Overpriced! Just by chance they were short 1 elbow I drove 3 ml to Winsupply and got at $7 cheaper. Guy at the counter didn't have friendly vibes either. But, most likely will have anything plumbing you may need and is clean and well organized

Came in for a water heater, had old one on truck, they helped me unload it and proceeded to sell me one that was 10 gallons smaller than the one I unloaded. Returned the unit and was charged 15% restock fee because I opened the box. Customer service is slow, the guys working there don't really seem to want to help. My guess is they really only cater to professional plumbers. Go to Lowes or Home depot for great return service and customer service. If the wanted to get rid of this customer for future business they succeeded. (also better warranty at Lowes)

I was fixing a shower. I tried going to multiple Home Depots and Lowes. No one had the parts I needed and no one even knew what brand of replacement parts I was looking for. I went to Ferguson and they knew immediately what I need and had it in stock. For plumbing these guys are the best!!

The guy in there today took the time to open me account quickly and gave me ok prices. Everything is expensive right now so no complaints. They have given me good advice. They have what you need.

Wow my first experience and it will be my last. Called asking for information on bathroom faucets and was placed on hold by someone until I finally gave up. Tried calling back a short time later. I was screened a second time for residential or commercial products and promptly placed on hold before having the same thing done to me again. Apparently this place doesn't want to do business and I am happy to oblige.

The worst plumbing supply shop I’ve ever been to. The wait times are always long, the counter don’t know what they’re talking about half the time. I strongly urge any plumber to shop at standard or hirsh and avoid this place like the plague.

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nicely organized warehouse. It was easy to find the necessary parts. I will not waste time or money purchasing plumbing parts from the other supply chains that have failing parts anymore.
