I came in on a Saturday when myOriginal appointment date is for Monday. Jose was able to take me right away. Did my alignment in 30 minutes. Really impressed. Good customer service. I also bought a five year package for my tires alignment.

I first worked with Grant to set up the appointment, the initial exchange of new tires then I worked with Cesar to get everything put in place and find out what it was going to cost for brakes replacement and rotors. It was a little bit more than I was budgeted for, but they try to give me different solutions, which in the end didn’t work for me, but I was able to come up with a different solution so that I could afford the whole thing so I didn’t have to come back. The team was very accommodating, the waiting room was very clean and they kept me updated. I was able to get in and out of there in 4 1/2 hours overall I was pleased with the service and I had gotten these types of tires and brakes before and had really great experience with them so overall I had a good experience with Evans tires on Broadway in Escondido

I was in Escondido in a rental and had an issue with the tires. Service was friendly and helpful. Thank God the Service Rep knew how to handle the process of billing the Rental agency. I was on the road in no time. Thank you for the great service!!!!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change on Friday afternoon and was super happy with the service I received. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The oil change itself only took 55 minutes and they replaced the filter and rotated my wheels. I was So happy with the service I received here and I will 100% be recommending Evans Tire Escondido to friends!

Excellent service. Work completed ahead of schedule. No complaints about the work.I would like to see Evans be more responsive to service needs. Though I'm aware that there is a scheduling system, the stores I've gone to say that you cannot make an appointment for service. It's first-come, first-serve, and you could need to wait up to four hours for them to get to your car.

This was my first time taking my car to Evans Tire, wonderful customer service and extremely thorough. Didn't try to up sale or mislead me, straight forward and honest service!!!!! Definitely will be a repeat customer and refer to others.

I woke up to a completely flat tire. I called AAA. They came and replaced it with a spare. I took it to my go-to place to fix it and they were closed. I've heard a lot of good things about Evan's tire so that was my next stop. I went in and Jose Delgado was quick to help me and told me what the price would be to fix it. I was a little disappointed because where I usually take it they do not charge. They got my car in right away. Fix the tire and when I went to go pay he said there was no charge. It really made my day. This has been a tough month especially with the gas prices so high and any little bit I could save I need to. This may seem minimal to some people but it really meant a lot to me! I respect them and appreciate their kindness and service. I will be back!

Ceasar was super helpful here, and I got my tires rotated for free! I came in same day, without an appointment, and was able to be seen on a Saturday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. 5 out of 5 stars! I will come back.

Friendly staff. Only gave 4 stars out of 5 because of time wait. I made an appointment at 10am for 4 new tires. They offered to do the alignment. By 2pm the alignment still had not been done.

Ceasar was super helpful here, and I got my tires rotated for free! I came in same day, without an appointment, and was able to be seen on a Saturday. Everyone was so friendly and I was able to sit and wait, inside, in the air conditioning. I definitely recommend Evans Tires on North Broadway!

Tire service was great and Evan’s is well know for reputable tire service- although communication could certainly be improved. I was told it would be approx 30 minutes over the phone and it ended up being an hour wait time. I then had to find out myself that the car was finished as no one came into to tell me everything went well, the service was completed, or any other updates about my other 3 tires. (I was only getting 1 tire replaced) Other than that I am satisfied.

Evans tires of Escondido has provided amazing service. I purchased tires for a reasonable price. every time I need my tires rotated or if I pick up a nail, They have taken care of me at no cost. With everything else costing more and more these days, it’s quite a relief. Thanks guys!

I had an unexpected emergency and needed a nail removed and tire repaired. I show up when they opened (earlier than their competitors nearby) and was greeted with a smile and compassion for my predicament. They checked me in and I was on my way in less than an hour (and they had other appointments and a line of customers right behind me). They were excellent at juggling customers, smiled and were positive, and handled the "rush" with relative ease. It was a very positive experience. I also got a quote for replacing all 4 tires in the very near future. Their prices are competitive and their customer service EXCELLENT!

I’ve been coming to this shop for 10yrs ever since I move to Escondido. I’ve brought at least 10 different cars including my parents’ who live in National City. The service was good and they had a no pressure attitude. If there was something that needed attention they would say take care of it now or by xxxx miles or when your next service is due. However, when really bad they would let me know and most times I’d have the service done. I heard a year or two ago management or ownership changed and so did the attitude. Now, everytime I got an oil change they found something wrong with my car. Because I’d been going there for years I trusted them. This time was no different. Brought my car in at 7:30am for an oil change. I told the guy I needed the car back by 2pm because I had to pick up my wife. He said it would be done by 1pm. I get a call at 8:40am and was told I needed 2 tires and that I should get a tune up. I thought, I might as well. The service guy even gave me a “discount” to help seal the deal. I reminded him I need the car by 2pm and he assured me it would he done by then. I call back at 12:59pm asking on status and guys said tires were installed and alignment and oil change done. Just finishing up the tune up. I make my way to the shop to wait and it’s still not done. As I’m waiting there the service guys paid me no mind talking about motorcycles and what the top 5 fastest were. At 2:45 I finally ask on status and guy said they are finishing up on the tune up. 3pm comes around and I ask again and now they are doing the alignment. My problem here is not that I paid $1800 for 2 tires, alignment, and a tune up. What I don’t appreciate is being lied to and just having me wait with no explanation. It made me feel like because they got my money, time isn’t important to them. At least my time. It’s disappointing for being a customer for over 10yrs and trusting the brand. I don’t plan to bring anymore cars here.l nor would I recommend them.PS- This same car I brought for at least 2 oil changes, they told me that I needed some rear shocks replaced. This time, no mention. Makes me wonder if I really needed that tune up.
