I bought a new Hyundai Ioniq 5 from Hyundai Escondido without having to visit the dealership. We did the deal online and over the phone, and they delivered the car to my driveway the same day for free! I got the deal that was promised on the website (10% off MSRP) with no pressure to buy any extras that I didn't need. Thanks to the salesman, Miles, and the team for a hassle-free transaction!

Our Hyundai Tucson needed a software update to go with a manufacture recall. We had initially had an appointment for Friday, and had come in to drop it off on Thursday night. The service team was really awesome, and was able to do the repair for us, without an appointment in the afternoon and send us on our way, saving us a trip to drop the car off the next day. Thanks so much and look forward to doing business in the future!

My husband took my car in and they took him in early upon his arrival. He was satisfied and they said 2 hours and it took 2 hours. They didn’t do the complimentary wash, but otherwise it was a good experience.

I ask them to replace a seat belt and a door handle. They told me I would need to wait maybe up to 3 hours. After 4 hours waiting I called them because I had another appointment-which I missed because when I arrived to pay and pick up my car, they were still "making a diagnosis and verifying wich parts they will need". They made me waste 4 hours, miss an appointment and couldn't fix 2 simple things. They didn't even apologize. Anyways I gifted them the $180 just for visiting the dealer.

Great service from a super friendly staff. The part I needed was obnoxiously priced, so I could not afford to have the work done. However, the staff realized that $2500 + was more than almost anyone could spend for a 13 year old car and still treated me well. I loved the fact that most of them were so young but still so polite. I won't hesitate to return when needed. Thank you.

Had a fantastic buying opportunity this week at Escondido Hyundai. Alma Gonzalez our sales person was amazing. Personable , funny , knew her product and was a blast to deal with. Alma provided Superiour customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. Her Sales Manager George was easy to work with. I got a GREAT sales price and I'd recomendad Hyundai Escondido , Alma Gonzales and George with any purchase new or used. I bargained a great deal for my cousin Rosey with Alma and George the sales manager. What are you waiting for , tell Alma and George that you need the Jeff Novak special price . Brought my ioniq 5 in due to recall with the 12v constantly draining and a software update. I also informed the staff that the dashboard screen is no longer showing proximity sensor but the side view and HUD. The dashboard sensor would only work when after the 12v battery was drained and I’d have to jump start the car. Then and only then would the dashboard sensor work for maybe a day or two then stop working. Same goes for radio stations. The radio stations don’t seem to stay in memory.I dropped off the car informing them of these problem and we both hoped that the recall would fix both. They even asked if I could leave the car overnight so they can test the next morning. I received the call next morning to pick up and as I drove the car away the first thing I notice is the sensors are still not working on the dash as I pass cars. Then i reprogrammed radio stations and the next day all gone as if I never programmed them. So outside of the recalls, my concerns with these 2 issues are still not fixed. Only time will tell as far as the draining of the 12v battery.I called again and spoke with Kyle, who has been very helpful through the process, but am very disappointed that the dashboard sensors and radio are still not working, even after I told them that was an issue.I have another appointment scheduled in less than 2 weeks to get the car back in for the same issue. It’s very inconvenient to bring the car in as well as not knowing if they may want to keep it longer to see if the problem is fixed. I’m hoping the next visit is the last for my issues. I’m sure I’ll get another survey then and will update. For now you guys can do better on checking the issues your customer brings up to ensure the problem is resolved before releasing the car back to owner to just bring it back.

My experience was excellent. Everyone was kind and helpful. Cody was my service manager, he kept us informed about our car from the time we took it in until the job was completed. I was unable to pick the car up when it was finished. Due to lack of transportation.Cody offered to send someone to pick me up and bring me back to the shop. Their customer service is amazing. I will definitely bring my car back to Hyundai of Escondido when service is needed.

Great place to get your vehicle fixed up. I really enjoyed working with Kyle. He had excellent customer service and was very understanding when it came to my work schedule. They provided a very nice loaner vehicle while, they were working on my car. Kyle also consistently kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and how everything was going! Definitely will be going back in the future!

This is now the second time that it has been weeks before you can get an appointment in Escondido, and the reasoning is that other locations are closing down. They should be able to take care of their current and local customers, who bought their cars from this location. Waiting 2+ weeks for a check engine light service appointment does not feel acceptable customer service, especially with no plan to redirect work outside of them.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! WE WERE SOLD A CAR THAT DEPRECATED BY $50,000 IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AND ARE NOT BEING OFFERED ANY RELIEF!This sales staff is incredibly misleading and seems to only care about offloading their slow moving vehicles on to their customers. Now we are stuck with a vehicle that's worth 1/3 of the MSRP and can't do anything about it. $50,000 gone in a matter of months. I would never recommend trusting this dealership. Go buy a Hyundai or Genesis elsewhere.
