Eddy, the owner at EM Jewelry is a true "gem"! He is kind, knowledgeable and honest. My daughter wanted to buy a ring (not engagement) for her boyfriend. It had to be THE ring, not just any mass produced ring. After an incredibly exhausting search, we walked into EM Jewelry and found exactly what she was looking for! He has amazing pieces in his store!
On a second note, I have been looking for a diamond and sapphire eternity ring and after some discussion, Eddy will be designing the ring for me. The price he quoted was extremely reasonable - I could jump for joy! He will also be repairing my wedding ring as well.
WOW, I feel grateful to have found a true jewelry store and a wonderful businessman.

After 25 years of marriage, my husband needed to resize his old gold wedding band by about 3.5 times the current size. We consulted with the owner, Eddy Mounir and he determined that it would be more cost effective to just trade in the old wedding band and purchase a new one that fits. Eddy was able to find the right size wedding band to fit my husband's finger. But, now our wedding bands didn't match. Since we bought ours 25 years ago and they were a matching set. So, Eddy was able to find one that matched the size and style of the new wedding band that also fit my finger. Which thankfully has not increased in size over the past 25 years. So we traded in both of our old wedding bands and got new, matching wedding bands that fit perfectly! Overall it was an easy and hassle free transaction. Eddy was very easy going and we felt that he was honest and fair with his advise. We will definitely return to his shop for any future jewelry repairs or purchases and recommend him to our friends and family! Thank you, Eddy!

Let me start of by saying I have been searching for a pair of diamond earrings for months. I went to all the big name brand shop but nothing really "wowed" me to purchase due to service and prices that were mediocre at best. Yesterday, I went to Kevin's in the Escondido mall and had an amazing experience with Maria and Brenda. I didn't feel pressured to buy. There are amazing deals. Fantastic financing. However, most of all, you're treated like family from genuinely kind people. Not only did I get a pair of gorgeous diamond earrings, but I got another pair AND the most beautiful ring I have ever laid eyes on. I feel so incredibly happy about my purchase and will be back for future purchases. If you're looking for amazing genuine customer service and prices from the best look no further! Finding a jewelry isn't easy when you have a vision so grand. I'm so lucky that my husband came across Maria. She was very patient and and helped us create the perfect addition to my ring. I'm really looking forward to future visits.

I have never ever written a review for any type of business because I felt like it wasn't worth my time or energy. After working with Maria at Kevin Jewelers however, i knew that this place needed to be highlighted. Maria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable the first time around when I was looking for an engagement ring for my fiancé. I walked out of the store feeling confident in the ring that I had chosen. Fast-forward about a month later, my girlfriend texts me several pictures of a completely different style of ring that she absolutely fell in love with. She completely changed her ring style on me and I was stuck with the one that I had purchased from Kevin Jewelers a month prior! I frantically grabbed the receipt and saw that no refunds or exchanges were accepted after 7 days of purchase. With only one month left until I popped the question I knew I had to move fast to try to sell the old ring and get my money back for a new one. After several failed attempts I decided to take my chances and go back to Kevin Jewelers. Thankfully, Maria was there and I explained the whole situation. She grabbed the old ring, put it to the side and said "Don't worry about the return policy; let's find the right one that she'll love." I can't tell you the feeling of relief I got when she said those words. We found the perfect ring and the rest was history. I popped the question a month later and my fiancé was absolutely IN LOVE with the ring I had chosen the second time around. I shared with her the predicament that she put me in when she texted me a month prior saying she had switched her ring style. I showed her a photo of the old ring and she said that the new ring was 100% better than the one I had previously chosen. I told her how helpful Maria was in helping me find the perfect ring for her. My fiancé was so happy with the choice that she said she wanted to go to Kevin Jewelers to meet Maria. So, we went! It was such a joy to see Maria again and introduce her to my fiancé. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's easy to feel overwhelmed since Kevin Jewelers offers a wide variety of choices but with the help of Maria, you'll be able to find the perfect choice for whatever fits your needs.

I've been trying to pay my bill for the past 4 days calling all the stores that are supposed to be open and nobody has answered I've tried to call customer service and they aren't in and this has to do with my credit and I can't get ahold of anyone to pay my bill and all the stores they are supposedly open are over 2 hours from me so I'm not gonna drive that far to find out they aren't even open!!!!!!!
