I recently visitedElite Family Optometry for a routine checkup, and I was impressed by the quality of care I received. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Truong was thorough in her examination, and she took the time to explain every procedure to me in detail. I appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to answer all of my questions.The staff and doctor were both friendly and professional, and they made me feel like I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a quick, thorough, and effective doctor visit.

Great staff! Denise went over and above to make us feel welcome and make our experience a fun one! If you are looking for an Eyeglass place this will be the end of your search.We actually had fun! Never thought doing eyeglasses was going to be so enjoyable!

Everything was going well until it was time to pay at the register/desk where the employees usually greet you. There was a worker (blonde woman in a white lab coat) who was lecturing another employee about a mistake they made. I thought it was really unprofessional for her to do that in front of customers. She made me feel really uncomfortable as a customer so I can’t begin to imagine how the other employee felt. It could of been done in a more professional way. Seemed like a very toxic environment to work at.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating - got me in last-minute when I ran out of contact lenses. Exam machinery was state of the art and my doctor was very thorough.

Jeanine was very helpful and patient over the phone making an appt For me. Dr Truong was amazing, caring and very helpful taking care of me and my scratched cornea, first time coming here and left happy!
