Do NOT be a black man and walk into that store. Because Nat (manager) racial profiles. Nat will follow you around like you owe him money…or he will make sure you’re in his eye distance. He made me so uncomfortable. I was going to spend more money than I did but just didn’t want to give it to him. He was so disappointing. Such a horrible experience. Most times when I walk into other stores owned by DXL across the country it’s always been pleasant. But not this time. I will never go back to that store. And I’m sure he wants it that way. I wanted to say something to him so bad but in situations like this, it’s best to hit them with approval ratings and not talking points in the store.

Needed to return some pants for my husband. He couldn't find the receipt, but they were able to look him up using his phone number and accepted the clothes with a full refund despite the purchase being over 3 months ago.

Shaun was very helpful after I came in last minute for an outfit. Very friendly service while being extremely knowledgeable and honest. Would 100% shop here again, as well as recommend to anyone in need of a store like this.

When it comes to customer service, Vicky is her name! So helpful without being overboard. Just for her alone I'll be back.For years I've struggled to find 3xl that fits correctly. This place not only has that size like most stores, but it's actually cut properly in legs, arms, etc to be a true fit. They call it big and tall, but I'm short and fat 5'9" 320lbs and they had lots for me.Pros: Vicky:), selections, sizes, all styles including suits. The cuts are larger in certain areas unlike reg dept stores. Lots of locations.Cons: some styles are only online but they'll ship to store for free, but I'm an instant gratification guy. Huh, that explains why I need a big boy store....
