I took my utility truck to get a back up camera installed, among other things. I was not happy with the camera angle and could not get it to work properly so I took it back to them and I was pretty frustrated with the set up. DV Audio agreed to try to fix the issue and ended up completely upgrading the system with an extra camera and new head unit which is better than factory now has a screen and totally redeemed themselves. I will definitely return to get my other trucks upgraded. Thanks guys!

I recently had a Tesla-style radio installed in my Jeep Gladiator by DV Audio and Customs LLC and I couldn't be happier with the result. I went to the location because I was having some trouble with my vehicle, and they came out and found the problem and fixed it and it took minutes to fix it and they didn't even charge me. I would say best place I've ever been to very nice people. I would recommend going here if you have any problems.

Dennis and Paula have been terrific on dealing with my auto sound system. I had a 2015 Jeep and Dennis talked me into upgrading my system which worked very well. I had an issue with my new car and Dennis gave me his honest opinion, which I trust. They're a great operation which is knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend them.

Paula at reception was very courteous and helpful. She quickly created a competitive custom estimate to fix my radio and was upfront on all matters. Dennis the technician was fast, professional and very knowledgeable in his trade. I had complete confidence in their work and they got my car sound system working like normal again.
