Having a hard time selecting a color for my home upgrade, I made an appointment with the Dunn-Edwards color advisor Chitra Narayan. She listened to my ideas for the new look I wanted and was able to create 3 alternatives that matched what I was looking for. She was also able to colorize a photo of my house showing the 3 alternatives. This was very helpful in making the color choice.

I am extremely grateful for the help I received from the Escondido color advisor when we needed to select a color for the exterior of our stucco, southwest style home in the desert. I met twice with the professional color advisor, and towards the end of the project when there was pressure to make a final selection, Chitra Narayan assisted us with additional phone conversations, emails, and the color placement guides. We have been very happy with the results and love the new exterior color of our home. Additionally, throughout the entire process I also found the DE website and application to be helpful, and appreciated that the color consultant showed me how to use these online resources. The professional color advisor is a valuable service that Dunn Edwards offers, representing a specialty service that I could not find elsewhere. Chitra was professional, courteous, knowledgeable - I am thankful for her expertise and outstanding service. We have been Dunn Edwards customers for many years and will be back when we have projects in the future.

For weeks I've been having trouble deciding on an exterior paint color for my house. Since my house has so many features, it was difficult coming up with colors that complement each other and align with my HOA's color guidelines. Eventually I came across Dunn Edwards and told them the problem. That's when I discovered they have a color consultant that works at the store. All you need to do is book it online. Best of all, it's free!On Wednesday I met with Chitra Narayan, the color consultant. I showed her pictures of my house and a couple of houses of paint exteriors I like. For an entire hour we discussed different options that would work with my house. The very next day, Ms. Narayan emailed three different looks for my house based on our discussion. I was blown away! She helped me tremendously! Now I feel confident in choosing paint colors for my house.

Horrible experience! The level of incompetence of the manager Brandon is on a whole nother level. I called in a large order of paint for pick up. I arrived there and he tells me that they are completely out of that style of paint, and I have to wait an hour till they go to another store to pick it up. Question: Why didn’t he tell me this on the phone? So, I asked for some type of compensation (discount of some sort because of the inconvenience) not only did he say no, but he didn’t even apologize for his screwup. So, I ended up driving to Sherman Williams, which was close by and they made me the same color of better quality paint on the spot.I’m DONE with Dunn Edwards!

I wish I could say something good about this store but they are slow, the woman employee blamed a customer for getting the wrong type of paint mixed (she kept repeating that she read the order back to the customer, NEVER apologizing or taking responsibility for things she works with every day and customer does not). They have few customers and are super slow. Jeff was nice but again they are slow for the few customers. Several years ago they mixed wrong color which my painter had picked up so I didn't catch it until the room was painted. So, I've given them multiple chances. I will likely take future business elsewhere.

A note to commend the Assistant Manager, Daniel, who twice showed us outstanding professionalism and caring customer service!...On two different occasions, his store did not have the paint product that we needed (supply chain issues). However, he called other stores to find the product, and even directed one of the store clerks on "how/where" to locate the product.He also guided us on our questions about "other" paint supplies we needed for the project, and only sold us what was "needed".Because of Daniel, we feel confidence and trust in Dunn-Edwards!Dale Andrews

Went in to have some paint mixed. When we entered, there were two other customers leaving. The phone then rang. The sales associate answered the phone, instead of helping us, and proceeded to ignore us for the next 10 minutes. We ended up leaving and will be trying to match our paint to one of the larger companies because of this customer service.
