Started out promising. At my routine car servicing at a nearby auto shop (Ming’s Auto), Wayne informed me I needed new tires ASAP due to excessive wear. He referred me to Discount Tire, where he has been sending all his customers over the years. I called and talked with Gino on the phone, who was courteous, helpful, and arranged my visit directly from the auto shop.
When I arrived, I talked with Joel, who was disrespectful from the start. He was completely dismissive of my previous conversation with Gino earlier in the day. When I asked if Gino was around, Joel said, “He’s fired. The Manager just fired him today.” Then said he was joking—it was not funny. He was also dismissive and disrespectful of the referring auto shop, saying , “yeah, that guy calls around here and whatever.”
Disrespecting paying customers, lack of business continuity within the shop of an ongoing transaction, and disrespecting brick and mortar local shops that are referring customers left a very bad taste in my mouth. I wanted to leave, and I would have if my front tires were not so close to failing. I won’t be coming back.

I recommend discount tire. Very friendly fast service. Been here twice so far. Had a slow leak picked up a nail. Patched free of charge. I did need caps for my tires some were missing and had mismatched lug nuts from previous owner.
Second time I picked up a nail only went through the tread part of the tire. They pulled it out and checked for any leaks the tire was fine no need for repair. I will be going here when I need new tires. As they are very honest and knowledgeable as well as fast friendly professional service.

Update: store manager called back and apologized for the screw up. Took responsibility and assured me he would fix it. I'll give them another try based on my past history with DT. Changed the stars to 4 for now.
Very disappointed with Discount Tire today. Poor customer service, took way too long, didn't even start on my car until over an hour after my appointment. I've been going to Discount Tire for 15+ years. I'm done. No effort by the manager to make it right either. I'm going to go give my money to a small mom and pop shop from now on. What a bummer...they used to be good.

Good deals and payment options but when they broke my tire pressure monitor that was only 1 1/2 years old and claimed it wasn’t their fault. They were happy to tell me that they could fix it for additional $75. Why can’t they just fix what they broke??? Now I have a TPMS light on my dash!! The review was written after I tried to have the store remedy the issue. I called the next morning to notify the store of the situation and they told me to return to the store(20minute drive one way) and they would try solve the issue. Once I returned the store manager Josh came outside and ran his scanner around my truck and told me that my left rear is not responding to his scanner. I told him the TPMS are about a year and a half to 2 years old and they were purchased from the dealership. He replied with “than take it to to the dealer and have them fix it.” He followed up with if they can’t fix it that they could for an additional $60 for parts and $15 for labor. Since that conversation I contacted the dealer and they said they would fix it for $100. I don’t have the time to play games to go back and forth and play the blame game. If you are servicing a customer and you break something than you are liable. It’s the same in my industry/occupation that if I break something while installing the product than I am responsible. Why are you excluded from breaking something and not held accountable??
In addition to my first review I had my rear brakes serviced and the mechanic noticed that the passenger side tires were not torqued. I really feel that the mechanics that installed my tires that day were not paying attention to what they were supposed to be doing. Free finding that the lug nuts were not torqued I took a closer look to find that the valve stems were all different from each other. Two had a chrome cap, one with a black cap and one with no cap at all. I then checked the air pressure of my tires and they were only filled to 35psi which is the OEM for the Tundra except I bought a heavy duty tire and the recommended tire pressure is much higher and now my tires already have wear marks on the side walls. At first I didn’t want to play a blame game but now the lack of attention and detail that was performed on my truck is inexcusable! Please let me know when you will be able to fix this situation!

They’re AWESOME!!! Wonderful service and helpful and friendly staff!!! Huge thanks to Belen! Showed up, no appointment, with a tire leak, and was helped right away! Very kind, and took a look at my problem tire and checked the other three. Let me know my front two tires were in need of replacement soon. Scheduled me an appointment next day! He was very helpful picking out a replacement tire, which wasn’t needed as they repaired the leak no problem at all! They definitely have my recommendation and my business when I go back to replace the next tires. Thank you guys so much!!

I get nails in my tires multiple times a year and I always bring my cars here. I also replace my tires with them. They are so friendly and helpful! They are quick and thorough with their work. Can’t recommend them enough!

I ask the guy how long does it take to change my tpms sensor only he told me 1 hr and i took 2 hrs for waiting!

Made an appointment and brought my car in because the low tire pressure light was on. They told me they would check the pressure, rotate the tires, and rebalance or whatever they do. When I picked up my car everything seemed fixed but a few hours later, the light came back on. I checked the tire pressure and it was still low. So now I'm doubting if they even did anything to my car. Really disappointing.

The professionals here at Discount Tire are without peer! I came in last minute to swap out my tires and the manager Ralph, was beyond accommodating. His crew were very efficient and got me out in no time! I'd highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

Josh and Eden took care of me today. Both very kind, friendly, professional and efficient. This is the only store I'd go to. I've been to other locations, this one is my favorite. They always get me out in at a reasonable time. It was a busy Saturday morning, out in 30 minutes. It's always clean, no clutters. I love how they have outdoor seatings bc sometimes we just want to sit in the sun. Their prices and their services, no one can beat! Keep up the great work!

Went in for a tire rotation had low thread and decided to purchase all new four wheels. I was given my car back and as i soon as i drive off didn’t make it a block when my dash was blinking red telling me I had 5 PSI!!!!! 5!!!!! I had to verify careful find my way back.
Turns out it was the assistant manage who gave me the car is such condition and when i let the manager know he didn’t even apologize.
Could have damaged so much more or even got into an accident. Never again will i return to this place.
Not to mention my car was clean, got ir back looking like i drove through grease as the rims were disgusting.
