I would give a zero star rating if I could .My husband and I made an appointment for new clients to completed a tax return for a corporation. My husband spoke with Steve in December who assured him we would meet in person in March. We had not heard from anyone and so we reached out to the office the day before our appt. to confirm. Whomever it was that answered the phone (a female that I wished I had received her name) was rude and insulting. She informed us there was "no way" Steve was seeing us in person and insinuated we were very stupid to think so. They were only doing zoom appointments and we "should have know this". This female had the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. It was extremely disappointed for a so-called professional. Even worse we never heard back from Steve or anyone from his office for an acknowledgement or apology. We will not be referring anyone to this business.

Needed help with my taxes for the first time, because my wife opened a business. Steve could not have been more helpful! He had everything prepared for my appointment, gave me a list of things to give him, made himself available and was receptive to my schedule, and was fast and accurate with my return!

Okay so I'm going to have to eat some humble pie here. My previous rating may have been a bit premature. While I still find it absurd that anyone would assume people would want there income tax refund check mailed to them vice EFT'd, the reality is that the IRS and the state actually got it together last year and I only had to wait a couple of weeks, instead of the "advertised" 30 days. That was good for us! Sooooo, I went back to Desanti again this year. We had numerous significant changes this year. We filling jointly for the first time, we have income properties out of state. H&R (you know who) screwed up my wife's return last year. All combined I thought I'd rather have a professional do our return so I came back. I was not disppointed! Steve did a great job, answered all my questions and gave me quite a few insights into our tax situation. While it's a little on the "spendy side", I feel much more confident that our taxes are done correctly and that's worth a few bucks in my opinion! We'll be back next year!

Steve is an excellent CPA. He is quick with communication, and explains any and all questions in need of answering. If you own a small business, or work a 9-to-5, Steve is the man for the job.

I needed an experienced accountant at the last minute. Steve emailed back immediately and we scheduled an appointment in a timely manner. He is professional and very knowledgeable. He handled our taxes along with my two adult children just a few days before they were due. I would also like to say that Suzanne the office manager is delightful. I had a very good experience and plan to refer others to Steve. I highly recommend them.
