Service here has been better. I do have to say that someone needs to speak to whoever the pharmacy staff is that has littered the pharmacy area with random signs. There were at least eleven signs taped all over the place, in multiple languages. It was chaotic and honestly tacky. With so many signs, which one do you look at? It is not professional looking by any means. If you need to provide more direction on the lines, order professional signage. I was shocked that the store manager allowed them to do this.

If I could give minus stars I would. Pharmacy is, hands-down, the worst I've ever been to. Pharmacy staff overwhelmed and overworked, which leads to very poor customer service and patient care for folks who use pharmacy. Some of the pharmacists, not all, are capricious and arbitrary in their treatment of folks with chronic conditions. I have family members that have experienced this. The over-the-counter medicines are also locked up, and you have to get staff to open the case for you to get a product. Beware, CVS Caremark is a monopoly with the bottom line being profits for shareholders. They don't care about you. Even though this is the most convenient store for me to go to, I'm transferring all prescriptions out after 6 years here. Too many frustrations. I'm done. If you can go elsewhere please do. Their automated online pharmacy system is cumbersome and clunky and doesn't work well. Dirty, tired store with limited selection.

CVS what is the matter with you? The CDC recommended almost 2 weeks ago that seniors get another booster of the booster we got in September! How come your pharmacist does not know this. She did not listen to me. I did not ask about a new updated shot. She said she had not heard of one. Hint: because there isn't one.But that is not what I asked and not what the CDC said! I am over 65 in the group the CDC recommended. She told me to ask my Doctor! Uh no I don't have to ask my doctor. If I fit the criteria of the CDC which is over 65 and 4 months past the last booster I'm able to get it. She was clueless. Disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had the worst experience with the older female pharmacist I've ever had in my life. She was so rude and horrible. Please take your business anywhere else because this woman doesn't care about customers or patients. This is why this particular CVS has the worst ratings.

The attitude of the young man working near self checkout this evening needs an adjustment. A more respectful demeanor is needed toward the customers, the people who pay your wage, especially in a store where many are older and or face health issues. Pharmacy staff has always been great along with other staff we've interacted with, prior to tonight.

One slow cashier for the whole store who was handling complicated customer service and also watching the self checkouts. Waited 10 minutes in line and it was getting nowhere so just left. Please hire more people.

The store only had one person running the whole front. He helped people at the self checkout, manned the register and did it with professionalism and a sense of humor. Oscar went back and forth between English and Spanish without skipping a beat. And even helped me download the CVS app. So I could use my extra care rewards. Oscar is a multi tasking, great customer service, individual.

The only good thing about the store is the pharmacy. Overall, very unhelpful. Store closed much earlier than advertised.

If I could get this place a negative 10, I would. None of the cashiers had any sense of urgency and the store was dirty. I will never come here again.

The Hispanic teenage boy needs more training. He was rude to a lady before me and than he couldn't even help ke and was taking his sweet time to help the people in line who had to use the self pay machine
