Worst customer service ever!!! Driver keeps saying they need more time to get here. How much more time do you need??!!! Ridiculous service. Called them back to back like 5 times to never get answer and when I finally got connected, “the driver will need 35 minutes”. I’ve been waiting longer that already he was assigned more than an hour ago.
Edit: After writing them a bad review for their terrible service and communication, they called me and cancelled my call. Unprofessional!!! I hope no one in this area ever needs a rescue from them! Good lord!

Terrible service! Company was assigned through my AAA tow request and the driver never showed up! Called me twice to tell me he was “almost there” then when I called the auto shop to see if he ever came to get my car they advised no one ever came. Called the dispatch office and spoke to the “owner” whose service was even worse! They are not reliable and do not communicate at all. I would rather push my car for 10 miles than let this company pick up my car.

In my experience, tow truck companies in the Vista/Oceanside area are extremely difficult to work with.
I worked with Josh on the field, and with Vicky and Tina at dispatch. Crossroadz Towing was the only local towing company that was easy to work with, and that showed both decency and humanity.

They showed up with AAA after another company tried ripping me off for $300. The driver was nice, quick, and efficient. Don't ever use a tow company called "united towing and transport" they will rip you off.

We called our AAA, after breaking down in Temecula. They assigned a diffrent tow company. Dawn from Crossroadz called us and it was top customer service from that point on. Crossroadz is fortunate to have her. She knows her profession. First CLASS SERVICE. GIVE HER A RAISE. THANK YOU DAWN, YOU ARE THE BEST.

The dispatcher Tina took care of us. She saw the pictures from AAA that 2 other tow truck companies couldn't do because the car was too low to the ground. She gave me a call, said her drivers could get it done. Eric(Tow driver) came & got it done with no problem. Have to give respect where respect is due. Thanks

Great service and awesome 50+ mile tow experience. While I have some issues with AAA, the service contracted out to Crossroadz was great. The truck was in great shape, and the driver was extremely friendly. I'm happy that they were assigned the job and took it on.

Take your bussines elsewhere!! I was left stranded for 6+ hours after AAA contacted this company to tow my vehicle and thats only because I went out of my way to find a diffrent towing service!! Otherwise I would of been there for 12 hours waiting for a tow! I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS IF i COULD!

I would like to say how much I greatly appreciate crossroads towing Tina in particular and their driver Alvaro cenerios, for their overall concern and professionalism helping us transport a vehicle they never gave up on us they saw it through till the end!! WELL DONE
