Drop in from the UK (London) a few days after christmas. Did just turn up, sign the waiver and pay after the class. Coach was very nice and felt very welcome in the class too. Great equipment too - will 100% drop in again when next in the area. Thanks for hosting !

Did drop-ins for a week while I was in town- good sized facility, clean equipment and enough to go around, great coaches and workouts that will push you (in a fun way)!
