Seriously, the behavior of the employees is very sophisticated. There are two girls who are sisters, they are very helpful and their patience is beyond description. Thank you very much. Ask them and I advise you to deal with them.

We came in at 30 minutes before closing on a Monday to open a business line on our account and get a new SIM card for my phone since mine has been faulty. I never expect much customer service at a cell phone place, especially before closing, but Alejandra took great care of us. She talked us through the process, was upfront about pricing, got us a free phone for the business online and set up the two new sims, all in about 10-15 minutes! She was super polite, friendly and helpful the whole time. 2 customers came in after us and she greeted them with a smile as we left as well. It's so nice to receive this level of care at a cell phone place. At the larger places like Verizon and AT&T you're treated like a number, pricing isn't upfront and every time you go onto the store it seems like everything takes at least an hour. It's one of the many reasons that although we could easily afford to go with a "bigger" carrier, we are more than happy with Cricket, their low prices, great cell reception and friendly representatives. We'll definitely come back to this spot should we ever need to service at a store again, but seeing as though we've been with Cricket 3 years and this is the first time we've had to go in to an actual location, that probably won't be anytime soon!

Juan seemed to know what he was doing. But Karl in corporate customer service didn't know what his job was because he kept on giving me the run around. He gave me his service# 362-3101 but not much else. He was very rude to a handicapped customer who has mobility issues. Corporate WILL BE HEARING ME ABOUT HIM ASAP.This was the first place I had gone to after re-instating my credit card, maybe the teller was the one who put a charge for tranquility.com on it Just saying, it was suspicious that IDNK why that charge was on after him. The other charge for A Quiet Place parts 1&2 blu -ray I did on my computer when it said it was for both Blu-ray & DVD, I have since tried to remove that order with no avail, but the Best Buy website has kept me from doing so, but that isn't your problem. Your PROBLEM IS NOW THAT I AM DEMANDING ALL MY MONEY BACK, I am getting A NEW PHONE FROM BEST BUY, so UP YOURS!!! Your business doesn't know its A** from its ELBOW!!! You have ruined my CREDIT RATING!!!
