Scott went over and above in customer service. He explained everything in great detail and was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. He was able to catch several mistakes made by the mortgage company and was an ardent advocate for us during the documentation phase.
He was also present at the signing of the documents with the notary. I have not come across this type of customer service before and it really put our mind at ease to know that we were signing documents that we understood.
I would not hesitate to use Scott again for any of our borrowing needs, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a loan.

Our experience was 10 stars!Everyone we dealt with at this office was knowledgeable, kind & efficient. In a day with everything done online without a face, Countrywide never treated us like a file number but rather a family member. This office fought for us & did so much work behind the scenes. Stephen walked us through the different scenarios of our refinance and we settled on one which fit our needs. We had some bumps in the road due to the untimely response time of our current lender which would have affected our closing date. Stephen went above and beyond suggesting alternate possibilities in order to close in a more timely manner. The icing on the cake were the personal video messages that Stephen sent us throughout our refinancing process. Nice personal touches to let us know he cared.
