No where does it say "Licensed Professionals Only" on the door. We purposely looked before we went in because we know some stores are professionals only. They let me and my WHOLE FAMILY (grandma, mom, husband, baby) walk in and browse products for like 20 minutes without telling us we were wasting our time.Post some signage or something. It's the LEAST you can do.

Stay away they do not honor their own warranty on their tools and shears ... this was 2nd time wasting my gas driving here to be told a Manger is not available. To be able to replace my Oliva garden shears which I purchased from this store they have 4 replacements hung up for sale but won't replace mine cause a Manger is not present and was told to come again next Monday... if I was the owner I'd fire the manager I am telling all my clients and everyone I know to stay away from cosmo proof they don't honor their own warranty which they use as a sale pitch to get you to buy and make it seem so simple to trade out your shears and pay 40 dollars for when they dull out ...

3.5 stars As a hairstylist i come here almost every other day, the supplies are not 100% in stock all the time which means i understand after the pandemic the prices will be different and since everything opened back up it's more busy fore salons and short on supplies but whatever on sale on the magazine never in stock here. Some staffs work here is really nice and friendly but some of them having attitude right in the morning when they just opened. Customer service: 3/5 Parking: 5/5 (always have parking right i front) if you need to carry a lot of stuffs it's convenient. Products: for the gallon conditioner & shampoo it does run super thin and runny like water that's why it's on sale i brought it back and they told me make sure you check it before you leave. (with attitude) Most of my products i got from here is really good some of them just not worth the money i spend on those gallons and when i got back to my salon it's too thin and runny to use on my customers. i got 3-4 gallons they're all the same. i went back and check they're all the same problem. i don't need my money back i just want to let them know it's not good maybe expired. Overall the store is very clean and organized, easy to find products you need. i'm not here to get FREE stuffs but something they have a sale going on and they never mentioned which stuffs u get it for free, when it come with free stuffs they never say anything or ask u if you want this or that. 3.5/5 stars

I love going to this cosmoprof, everyone makes me feel so welcomed. I had a question about a Paul Mitchell color, and the associate with the glasses gave me all the information that I needed. She suggested a product that worked miracles on my hair and because of this i will be a loyal customer.

The website said they were open. When I arrived, they had put a sign outside saying to call them to make an order. Three employees inside, nobody waiting outside, I stood outside the door calling the store. I could hear the phone ringing, and none the the three employees would answer the phone. They were looking at me call them and they ignored me. Employees of the year...
