I've come here may be 4 to 5 times looking for a certain products the only person that's giving me good customer service was the female behind the counter all the other guys honestly if you don't know what you're talking about they don't even care they don't want to help you they don't have it. Not sure how this business gets so far with customer service like this man every time I come in here they just got an attitude or a chip on their shoulder I just don't understand it. Even the boss last time I asked him a question he was just like no and walked away I mean come on man stop look at the customer and tell him he unfortunately we don't have it something Just to let down every time I come in here every time I get sent here I tried to go elsewhere

I just want to call out CED for the excellent job they did supporting Black Moon Solar who recently installed 20 PV panels on my roof in Del Mar. CED supplied all the material to Black Moon in an extremely timely fashion delivering everything needed on December 30th, so the install could be completed before the end of the year. Teamwork like this is what we need in the United States during these rough times. Keep up the good work CED!

Charges for a 25 % restocking fee, even when item has not even arrived at the store. Item was ordered and transferred from another store. Cancelled order the next day. Salesperson very snotty about it and will charge restocking fee anyway.
