I love love love my baby’s teachers here! Like I love them like they are my family. They have cared for my baby since she’s 6 weeks old. They have taught her so many things and make her so happy. They give her so much love. Mrs. Gema is so much fun, caring , loving and attentive. My baby adores her and my baby is really picky about who she’s likes lol. I’m so thankful for mrs. Gema and the staff here because I couldn’t raise my baby without them!

All of my 3 kids have been attending here, my oldest has been here going into 7yrs and his little brothers right after. I've seen a lot of teachers come and go, very few who are still here when my son started. Some teachers can really stand out and makes me feel my kids are safe there. One in particular teacher who made me and my partner feel our youngest is in good hands was Elizabeth Gutierrez, she would always give us update on how Isaiah is doing in class, she would always participate in class activities. She would always let us check threw the side window to see what Isaiah will do after we left. Mrs. Liz would always reach out to my personal number to inform me if something would happen. My partner can be a bit more "judgey" when it comes to people watching our kids and he always said he always like how Mrs. Liz treated Isaiah. We never had a problem when it came to drop off Isaiah would always run into her arms, and the days were it was difficult she made to distract him and let us know he was fine after. For future parents who are uneasy leaving your child here. Your kids are in good hands here !!!

My daughters have been going here for 9 years and love it. During summer in "Club House" they host field trips and have many activities during the week. Last week Club House went to The Birch Aquarium. On hot days they have water days to keep the kids cool. Mrs Lynne is a "kid whisper" for my girls and they love her. I love this place and appreciate all they have and are doing for my girls.

Miss Erika Morales has always been caring and attentive with my son. I loved how communicative she was regarding my child's day. Her and miss Emily have been so nice and sweet. My son misses being in their class. If your child has her class, just know that your child is in great hands.

My son has been going to this daycare for about a year now, he has learned so much and broke out of his shell! Mrs.Lexy Quezada is so good with him and always comforts him especially making drop offs easy. She's very attentive and always makes sure to catch up with me on his progress. When he was first enrolled he wasn't talking very much, now he's using more words & sentences. My son is always coming home with arts and crafts and honestly never wants to leave when it's time for pick up. He really enjoys being there! I would recommend to a family/friend.

I love this place! your baby will be in such good hands with these lovely teachers. they are fun and caring and they love your baby as if it's their very own. Mrs. Tana takes such good care of my baby and has so much patience. She greats us every day with a smile and as soon as I take my baby in every morning my days brightens. They work really close with my baby and are so hands on and educational. Mrs. Lynn takes such good care of my baby and always goes above and beyond. Mrs. Gema, Lynn and Tana Have literally helped me raise my baby so that I can work and go to school. they have taught her sign language, at least shivered words. how to verbally communicate her emotions and how to drink from. big girl cup. i seriously love these ladies and this day care

This preschool has amazing workers. My daughter has been attending since November 2022 and let me say her teachers Malarie, Katy, & Yaneli are all, so caring and wonderful. They are always making sure my daughter is happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend taking your babies to this school.

I've given this preschool one star because I can't go any lower or give it a zero rating. My daughter and I went to tour this preschool for my toddler granddaughter and upon entry we were overwhelmed by the distinct odor of mold and urine. I literally felt nauseated in a matter of seconds. For whatever reason, we continued the tour of the classrooms and play areas and the entire looked place looked dirty and run down...it's doubtful it's been cleaned in a long while and it smelled terrible in every room we visited.I'm fairly certain there is a serious mold problem there and that is reason enough to not allow anyone to be there much less children.I'm sure the health department would close them down for numerous violations as they do serve food for children as well.I was also very surprised by the lack of interest and bad attitude by the person who conducted the tour, she was not the type of person I would like to have overseeing the care of my child. In closing I'll say I wouldn't leave a dog there much less a child.I would hope this review will be taken seriously by anyone else looking for a clean safe environment to leave a child.

My two boys (one is 5yrs old and the other one 3yrs old) attend their preschool program (part time). Honestly reading the reviews from previous families, I was kind of hesitant but I gave it a try anyways. Their teachers are wonderful, my boys have the pleasure of being with Mrs. Marina, Ms. Lynn, and Ms. Elizabeth. I think I was more concerned because of my oldest not being able to communicate his needs/wants. Nonetheless he was eager to attend, had a rough couple of weeks but eventually with the patience of his teachers, he soon adapted to the classroom settings. I gave it a 5 stars for the reason that the teachers are awesome (speaking of my kids teachers)! They go over and beyond for each child. Even on days they have to take in a few children due to short staffed, they still carry on with their day. Teachers don't get enough credit for what they do! The process to getting them started at school with Children's Paradise was very simple. The staff were very informative in regards to paperwork, documents needed, and all else. Anytime they needed anything they didn't hesitate to inform you. Other than that it was smooth sailing. The director and her assistant at this location are great! Always there and available to assist with any questions or concerns. Nothing but great news from over here. Literally if you have any concerns or questions about your child/children, missing items, or rules/policies, you are more than welcome to speak the staffs.

The 5 star rating is for Mrs. Marina's dedication to her classroom. My son loves going everyday with Mrs. Marina. She makes the classroom fun and engaging for her students. She goes out of her way to make sure they revive the best nutrition. I love that Mrs. Marina makes every holiday special for her class and invites us parents to participate with them. My son has learned so much with Mrs. Marina I am so grateful my son is in her class. I believe she is long overdue for recognition for everything she does for her classroom and for helping the other classrooms when they need it as well.

I've sent my children to Childrens Paradise for the past 5 years. Unfortunately, I'm my opinion the communication, care and safety have gone down dramatically. I pulled my child immediately after learning the water bottle which we sent in for him was full of mold. After COVID the center encouraged families to send in water bottles and told us they would be washing them. The center lied and said they never told us they were going to wash it but they should have been sending the water bottles home every week. After someone from the main office investigated, we were told the teacher did wash the water bottles once per week. Look at the pictures... my chickens drink from a cleaner water source. If this is a clean water bottle I question the cleaning and sanitation of everything in that facility. It also infuriates me that the teachers continuously opened and filled this water bottle and gave it to my son. It smells, is full of mold, and is filthy. I am a teacher and would never allow this for anyones child. There is also no communication about your child's day or what items they need. Also, the centers main door is constantly being left open for the public to walk in and the door code is visible to the public. I want my children to be in a secure facility.Children's Paradise in my opinion is a reactive company not proactive. As a parent and educator , I no longer trust them not watch my children and would never recommend this daycare to anyone.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Dressed my boy in girls clothes and gave him a moldy water bottle to drink out of daily (clearly visible mold) told multiple lies to try to cover it up. Because of covid they said send a bottle to keep at school we will wash it. When I found the moldy bottle, they said they should have sent the bottles because they don't wash any bottles. Then other parents went to check their kids cup after we found it and found mold on their kids cup. Most recently, corporate says the bottles were washed on that Monday. They know that because the teacher go a sponge from the kitchen.... Really!! The bottles clearly haven't been washed and the mold had definitely been there a while, clearly visible each time they filled it up, daily according to them. I wonder how many kids have been drinking out of moldy cups and how long it has been going on. I assume a while since my child has had illness associated with mold exposure...Obviously, I pulled my child immediately and am disgusted by this place. I paid them over 20k this year and they couldn't even give my child clean water.

Avoid this daycare at all cost if I could give negative stars I would. On Friday when I picked my son up from daycare he had a long cut to his forehead with dried blood on it. I asked his teacher Jasmine what happened to him she stated she didn't know, and the children were fighting over the blocks. I went to front and spoke to Delaney about it she said she would ask his teachers about. On Monday I asked Delaney if she had spoken to my son's teachers about the cut to his forehead, which she replied no. I then asked her was his teacher here and she stated yes. So I spoke to her and she calimed she never noticed the cut to his forehead. Impossible because it was very noticeable. Children's Paradise didn't even provide me with a ouch report until Tuesday after I grilled his teachers about their lack of adequate supervision and why they never made a report about the incident. On Tuesday Delaney says did you get his ouch report, I told her I didn't need it I filed a complaint with CDSS. When I returned 2 hours later to pick my son up Delaney and Jamie had maintenance men going around each classroom to fix the things that were broken. My son was in classroom 2 in his classroom there was a broken cabinet, torn screen, and a broken toilet. Which had been broken for months and by the end of the day the classroom smelled like a porter potty. A few days later when I picked my son up his teacher told me there was water on the floor and my son was running and slipped in the water and had a knot on the side of his head. This daycare NEVER CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT MY CHILD HAD SLIPPED IN WATER AND RECEIVED A KNOT TO HIS HEAD. THEY NEVER DID A REPORT ABOUT THE INCIDENT AT ALL. I contacted DCSS again and filed another complaint. Two lady's came down from Riverside to meet with me and my son about the situations. Not too my surprise Delaney lied and said the cut to my son's forehead was not noticeable. I provided pictures of his injury that he received and luckily a social worker was at the daycare and she asked Delaney and his teacher about the cut to his forehead in which they both replied they didn't know what happened. I provided the investigators with the social workers name and number so they could speak to her. The fact this daycare center would lie about a child being injured and not reporting it only speaks of their lack of integrity and their incompetence to properly monitor anyone's children. There is an active investigation into this daycare. If you want inadequate supervision and your child to be injured and never notified then this is the place for you.

Horrible daycare very neglectful when it comes to your children. Their level of care needs major improvement.
