Came in for double tire repair, dued to florida road repairs. Seems like every other tire spot needed to make an appointment. I was helped as soon as i pulled up. was also told i would be needing an alignment and was shown the wear on the tire, and given a discount since i went ahead with alignment.

Had a great first time experience here and I'd highly recommend. I came in just before closing because I needed an alignment really bad. Brian was very helpful and informative and he went above and beyond. He was practically going out of his way to help me out.
He got my truck in the garage and told me he would work on it the first thing the following day. He called me when my truck was finished and sent me photos. His communication and service was excellent.
The truck now rides and handles smooth. The alignment was top notch. The tires aren't fighting each other anymore.
Chavez Tires should be glad to have him on staff. Brian knows trucks and if you ever need an alignment he's your man. Thanks Chavez Tires for having a man like Brian on your crew.

Purchased two tires in perfect condition and price. Received excellent service from the workers, one of the best tire shops I’ve been to in town.Will definitely be coming here again!

So I had to come back here and edit because I ended up at American Tires Shop soon after getting two used tires here.. the two tires I bought off them were all plugged up from previous punctures. American tires told me they were unsafe tires to drive on and helped me get a good price on some new ones. The two tires were patched atleast 3 TIMES or more , (after the fourth it is unsafe to be driving on it) . They sold me the tires knowing they were on their last leg (not a cheap price either) , will not be coming back. Thanks for showing us how you guys really do business. If you’re looking for a place do not come here , they like to cut corners. would give a 0 rating if I could.

my fiancé came in to get used tires. we had to leave out of town right after so we noticed the tires were off and jumpy. he wrote a review but came to the place as soon as we came back because it got worse and the guy there was super rude and didn’t offer to hear the problem out because of the review my fiancé made.

I was looking for a used tire in my hard to find size 185/65/14 and called all around hemet unable to find 1 til I called Chavez he told me he had 3 I was so happy I went in right away and he was so honest and nice enough to tell me I don't need all 3 right now unlike other places saying I should replace all my tires now he explained I still have some time to replace my other ones so I could save some money the price was good , the tire was good, the service , was great I had to go home and get my husband's car and come right back and have Chavez look at it and turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought and he didn't pressure me to fix anything he actually saved me more money by being honest and finding and showing the problem and making the small needed fixs . He truly is my new tire guy ..

Juan was the most rude and disrespectful person in have met in my life. I requested a U-Haul from this location and I was in a dire situation and on limited time. When I walked in, he was on his computer and eating an orange, he didn't greet me and hardly looked at me. Fine, cool, people have bad days I get it, but when I told him I was getting a U-Haul and gave him all my information, I pulled out my ID to give to him to process, he was like "No, you do it, I texted you the information, look at your phone." He wanted me to do everything myself and did not want to work, fine I let that slide. But then he proceeds to have an argument with me about the return time which was 530pm stating "I don't wanna hear nothing when that time comes and you talking about you need an extra day" rude as hell. I had to cut him off because he was taking too long to process me, he didn't print out my contract stating his printer wasn't working and then he took his sweet time walking to get the truck. When I looked at my virtual contract, he put the gas dial higher than what I had it in the contract! He does not have a designated area to drop off U-Hauls. When the time came around 530pm my family member called him to inform him we would need an extra day because we hit a snag with a drop off, he proceeded to yell at my family member and say "Didn't I tell you that I didn't want to hear you say you needed an extra day?" My family member had to tell him they never talked to him before and he goes "Oh" and then said "Yeah yeah I'll text you and add a day fine" and that was the end of the call. Newsflash, I didn't get a text but I surely got charged for an extra day. But I was able to drop off the U-Haul maybe 5 minutes after he closed on the same day and had to park the trailer in the parking lot like he told me, but I had to illegally park it because there wasn't a designated area, but that's how he told me to park the truck. If you're thinking about renting from him as a U-Haul customer, don't do it. And if you make the same mistake I did, take photos of everything, inside, outside, the gas dial and look at your contract! I would never rent from this location ever again!

My son went to get one tire fixed and got tricked into getting four very old very worn out used tires for $50 each. Scam avoid this place. Thanks for replying to my review and proving that you did in fact sell some very worn out used tires that shouldn’t be on the road.

Review update. I went home and both of my tires were patched I called and worker said that when you buy something used there were no replacement whatever you buy that’s what you get because I bought them used. so I ended up having to buy two other set of tires because the ones they sold to me were not in good condition and they were low on pressure all the time . Waist of time and money! Never again

Dropped off a U-Haul rental at this location. I had already paid for the vehicle rental with added coverage for damage. I returned vehicle how it was given to me. This location charged me an additional 66 dollars for missing a mover blanket. Beware and ask for a receipt before leaving here.
