I am shocked at the bad reviews. This branch is one of the best I have experienced. The whole team is helpful, friendly, professional and attentive. From the staff at the counter to the bankers everyone has been fantastic

It’s happening today. This is my first time to ask for $200 of new paper bills exchange, but she said she could do for me $100 because the limitation. I understand and happy to get my $100 new paper bills. But someone else comes, she exchanges for her more than $200 of the new paper bills. And the next one comes, she did the same for him without limitation like mine. I don’t feel fair for me so I come back and ask her and she denied me. I told them: “why did you treat me not equally like every clients?” And they said, they saw me in the bank last Saturday. “No, I did not”, I said. And they said saw me on Friday. And I said: today is my first time come and ask for the new paper exchanges. This is not fair for me. And they offered they will order the bills and put me on the waiting list. I said: I don’t need anymore, I don’t feel fair for the service you give me. I come first but they put me on the waiting list, and people come after and she gives exactly amount to them.I aslo had another time with the saving account appointment, this branch doesn’t give you a good advice and offers.Should go to another branches or switch to another banks that is I am doing now.

Ezmet is the absolute worse employee that Chase could ever hire, literally talking down to customers and getting an attitude. I'm so disgusted by the customer service I received from her; I will definitely be closing all my accounts with this bank.

I went in to speak to a banker about some fees we've noticed suddenly appearing in our statement. Service was prompt and effective. Barbara Espinoza was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. She was patient with me and far exceeded my expectations. This is a great quiet branch to go to for your aberrant banking needs.

First, I had been a loyal customer of Chase Bank for many years, but today has changed all of that. I had an appointment today with Michelle, the manager, that was scheduled last Friday when I came in to open a CD account. They said that I should do that with the manager and we would make an appointment for Monday at 1:30. When I came in today, I was told that she went to lunch and I would have to wait for another banker to help me. This is terrible customer service and I may have to move to another bank. I didn't even get a call from them to apologize about the inconvenience. I even called the next closest Chase Branch (I had to call 6 times before someone picked up), and she said that they were busy today so I would probably have to wait to be helped. I am very disappointed with the quality of service!

I was trying to handle some business online, but couldn't complete it. I was reluctant to go into the branch because I didn't want the run around, or to be sold on stuff I didn't need. I went in and Michelle R (the girl from Fast & Furious) was fantastic. She problem-solved my issue with her corporate contacts, and made the procedure go thru. Most importantly, it only took 10-15 minutes. I certainly recommend her for assistance in your financial matters.

DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE!!! Over 11 months ago I paid off the loan to my vehicle through Chase. Chase has still not released my lien with the DMV so I cannot get the title to the vehicle. AFTER 11 MONTHS!!!!!!!! I have been very active in trying to work with Chase to resolve what should be an extremely simple task, but they are so incompetent that even after nearly 2 months of back and forth with this branch I have absolutely 0 results and I STILL do not have the title to my vehicle which has been paid in full for over 11 months. This is not the first problem we've had with Chase. When we closed on our house for a mortgage with Chase, they screwed that up too. They missed the closing date because the representative who was helping us left on a vacation and didn't finish the job. He gave us no heads up and he did not pass the task off to another person before he left. This caused additional costs and delays to us during closing and was a despicable experience which we will never forget. Trust me, Chase is not worth it. Use someone else.

One star is a stretch. Have accounts that were a set up at this branch. Now bank will not let me make deposits to my account saying it will be rejected by the back office. Edgar the manager on duty was of no help. Had to take my check across the street to SDCCU to make a deposit just so I can transfer it into the chase account electronically. Not very full service for what is considered a full fee full service bank. If setting up a new account, go anywhere else just don't go here or be prepared to be disappointed.

The problem with Chase is that they don't know their own procedures it takes them forever to get anything done they don't call you back and they just seem like they're stumbling over there to buy fours

A loyal Chase customer. We just moved to the area and needed some banking services. Had a neither extraordinary nor bad experience. The parking lot was almost full. The branch needs some updating but not going to a bank for ambiance anyway. Got what we needed.

Was having some issues with my accounts, Zimbad was very quick to help us. He was very friendly he helped me organize my multiple accounts to best fit my situation. Service was fast. I normally dont come to this location, but was very happy I came here.
