Because zelle is such a bad , bad bad service Truthfully bad by chase bank I been 3 hour trying to send some money to my sister all chase representatives do is keep rejecting my transaction o transfer me with different person and no one can resolve the issue, is very very poor service

Every time I come in here, it is straight to the point and the environment going inside is always tranquil and welcoming. Maddy in particular always gives me good customer service and is a convicted bank teller. Whatever this Chase location is doing, keep up the good work and build up from there!

Decent service. I think is stupid they reduced their hours. I can't call to unlock my account at all this weekend I have to wait till Monday because they started closing sooner. I think it's rediculous that a company offering a service that people use 24/7 isn't open to take call for people who are using or need help with with 24 hours a day. Banks and gas stations should be on stand by 24/7. If chase could fix this they would be 5 stars.

Limit the functions of your drive through atm to two transactions per card and then put it on a time delay so people can't abuse the system. Not hard to implement in anyway.I shouldn't have to wait over 20 minutes to pull $60 out. I would of left earlier but the concrete restricts that option.

I want to thank Chase Bank for helping me numerous times with my account being overdraws and fees we waived. I gave never seen a bank work with you and give me all Options They treated me with kindness, understanding and did not make me feel worthless in this sad time. Two stars cause the girl helping me prior to Angel arenas was nice. I run payroll for a company and stopped by to deposit a company check and cash out my personal as I ALWAYS do with my local chase. I thought it would be convenient to do it out here since it's on the way back to work. Angel refused to cash my check but gladly deposited (cause of course giving out money is always an issue but taking never is) I guess it really is best to stick with one bank. Currently on my way to my usual chase bank where they gladly help me and give me information on accounts I'm clear on. Will never waste my time with this chase again.. oh and he didn't just tell me they couldn't cash it, he decided it was best to call my boss and have me sit there just staring at him . What a waste of time

Great customer service.I called in advance and was able to make a same-day appointment to cash a bunch of savings bonds. Didn't have to wait. Patty was extremely helpful.
