Every time I come in here, it is straight to the point and the environment going inside is always tranquil and welcoming. Maddy in particular always gives me good customer service and is a convicted bank teller. Whatever this Chase location is doing, keep up the good work and build up from there!

Decent service. I think is stupid they reduced their hours. I can't call to unlock my account at all this weekend I have to wait till Monday because they started closing sooner. I think it's rediculous that a company offering a service that people use 24/7 isn't open to take call for people who are using or need help with with 24 hours a day. Banks and gas stations should be on stand by 24/7. If chase could fix this they would be 5 stars.

Limit the functions of your drive through atm to two transactions per card and then put it on a time delay so people can't abuse the system. Not hard to implement in anyway.I shouldn't have to wait over 20 minutes to pull $60 out. I would of left earlier but the concrete restricts that option.

I want to thank Chase Bank for helping me numerous times with my account being overdraws and fees we waived. I gave never seen a bank work with you and give me all Options They treated me with kindness, understanding and did not make me feel worthless in this sad time.
