“Everyone is really nice, and it is pretty clean inside. There are two drive through ATM lines and walk-up ATMs outside and inside. However, for some reason there is always a long line inside to see a live teller. Parking is never an issue, but the layout of the parking lot requires a little searching.”

“Nice and knowledgeable staff. Now, with 3.2 million ATMs across the globe, the ATM is the most-used method for consumers to interact physically with their bank. And the technology can do much more than dispense cash—today, you can walk up to one and handle all kinds of financial services.”

“First of all, take cash. Because its cash only. This place is super fun. You might freak out when you walk through the door, because there is usually a lot of people in long lines. But they are well staffed and move the lines quickly. New stuff is constantly being put out as you shop. They have great discounts according to the daily tag color, which they post on a plasma screen so you can see it. You can find some good deals. I've found lots of great stuff. It's thrift shop Disneyland. Remember THAT when you are driving around in their large parking lot for a spot. Its WORTH it!”

“Came in to get some cash after visiting Ace and sunny massage. Someone was taking forever at the atm, and there was no line. The young man who helped me was very friendly and it was a quick transaction. I like when they offer a bank inside a grocery store. Excellent service and fast! I was finished before the dude at the atm was. Lol.”

“Best grocery store ever! My family grew up with the brothers but that's not what makes their prices and cleanliness the best, it's the well trained-workers! My family will always buy staters products!”

“Just want to comment in here how amazing Robert Kelly is. He is the most patient and courteous banker ever. He was so helpful and patient with aunt who is elderly and has trouble with 'new technology'. This world needs more people like Robert. Thank you Citibank and thank you Robert for all your help.”

“The pharmacy here is busy and the employees hustle. Made an appointment for the updated Covid booster online. Checked in and was out of there in 30 minutes including the wait time after injection. The pharmacist is a gem. So grateful to get the newest Covid vaccine!”

But that’s not all. Around the world, bankers have just learned about a new technology. Something called an automated teller machine has been deployed in London and it’s going to allow consumers to get cash...without anyone having to walk into a branch. It was a big deal for financial institutions (FIs) and their customers. No longer bound to banking hours when they just needed some cash, customers widely embraced ATMs—which probably didn’t surprise the man most often credited for its invention: British inventor John Shepherd-Brown. But where he got the idea might surprise you. As the story goes, Shepherd-Barron was in the bath when he had a thought: If a vending machine could dispense candy bars, why couldn’t another type of machine distribute cash?”
