I was ready to trade in my Toyota CHR, and I was dreading a visit to a dealership. I decided to try Carvana. I have purchased 10 cars in my life and this experience was almost surreal. I traded my car and purchased a 2023 Honda Passport with 32,000 miles. I love my newer car! I doubt I will ever walk in to a traditional dealership ever again. Amazingly pleasant experience!

They offered $400 more for my old car than the dealer or CarMax. When I showed up for my appointment, they attended immediately and I was out of there with the cash on its way to my account in like 20 minutes. Great service!

This was the easiest car sale ever. A fair/good price. Upload docs, make appointment, drop off car, pickup check, and leave, done in less than 15min.

I was expecting this to be like CarMax but I guess no humans work here and it is unclear what you can even do here. Doors are all locked and not a car or person in sight.

We came today to sell my dad's Nissan Frontier to Carvana. Made an appointment at 1:30 and was greeted by Matt at the front. Matt was very friendly and made the process super easy. We were in and out within 30 mins. Overall nice location and clean inside.

I sold my tesla model 3 here and let me tell you it was the easiest experience ever. I was 20 mins late it was 650 they close at 7 and the employee Mike comes out and is seriously the friendliest guy ever, super personable. You could tell he genuinely cared and wanted to make the whole selling process a breeze. Mike you were AMAZING!!!! Thank you carvana!

This is the second car I’ve bought from Carvana. Both experiences were great! First car had delivered most recent car was picked up from vending machine. All was great. Only issue was not good description of car and was a bit disappointed to see the melted dash a common occurrence for Toyota. I put a dash cover on and all good. Car is great other than that.

Service was as advertised! Sold my vehicle, no trade-in or purchase involved & transaction had NO issues. Very fast service. I do wish there was "human" contact at onset of selling. I will recommend Carvana.

Fantastic experience! I don't know how this process could be simpler. They also gave me a top offer on my car - awesome! I sold them my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes.
