This is customer service at its best!Even before I got out of my car, Sue smiled and said hello.Then I walk inside and find this charming flower shop and I am so impressed with decor and the selection of flowers, wreaths, and balloons. It didn’t take me long to find something.The ladies took very good care of me with plenty of smiles and I was on my way quickly.

My mother was pleasantly pleased with her flower arrangement of the Christmas tree in a drum. So many times you order through 1-800 Flowers and never know what you're going to get, I made sure I got this florist number, I will be calling direct. Amazing place!!! Million present I would recommend this flower shop ?!!! One of the best experiences in my life! So, we needed flowers for the wedding: arch, bride’s bouquet and flowers for decorating tables. And we had a week only before ceremony. A week!! I called first time and explained what do we need, send couple of pictures and next day I got entire plan with price from Sue. She’s awesome!!! Super professional, super friendly and it was just a pleasure to work with her. Price was really good. Our flowers were delivered on time and everything looked just like we wanted, even better! Flowers looked gorgeous!, super fresh. Breathtaking!I’m so happy with Carousel of flowers! Thank you!!!

This was the arrangement we selected for our friend celebration of life service. It looked exactly like their online pictures so we were very pleased with that and it was exactly what we wanted. It was a little bit smaller for the price but it was lovely and All the flowers look very fresh and beautiful.

First time Carousel of Flowers user here. It was a beautiful bouquet with great flower and color choices, and my wife loved it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great local delivery.My only feedback would be to provide estimated time of arrival the day of delivery on the confirmation back to customers. Overall great experience and will use them again.
