So disappointed in Ben's responses to their errors in shipping and in the product. I dotted i's and crossed t's BEFORE ever placing my order. There was lot's of advanced communication on my part to ensure I adopted my plans to what Ben's requirements. I am a repeat customer too. Ben dropped the ball on my shipment and carelessly offered to send it out ignoring the timeline that I had previously established with Ben. It was a loss. We ended up hand carrying avocados on the airplane. When we reached our destination and gave our gift to our friends, the Large avocados were mere babies. What a disappointment. He had many chances to make it right. I've held off writing a negative review for 4 months, but for the price of the avocados, customers need to know. Ben returned my kindness and understanding with an utter lack of caring for his errors. Your choice. I'm out.

My husband and I are on a monthly delivery and these avocados are stellar! It seems pricey but when you compare it to the crap shoot of the avos at your local grocery (I estimated about 2 out of 5 "commercial" avos were edible) these babies are a bargain! Get too many? No problem! Make the best homemade guacamole (dice an onion, a squeeze of lemon or lime and some salt) and freeze it with a sheet of plastic wrap over the top to maintain the color. BAM! Instant party! OR give an occasional avo to a neighbor, friend, or co-worker and you'll have a friend for life. All varieties that we've received peel like a dream - some even peel with a vegetable peeler - and never a bruise or funky brown spot. I will never buy another grocery store avo again. That said, we've had some funky billing issues, but nothing that EVER resulted in us being billed for something we didn't receive. I'd almost give up one of my wine club memberships to make sure these continue to appear on my doorstep.

This is a shady, dishonest business that ai would NEVER use again or recommend. I made a single purchase sending avacados to my daughter in Alaska. Next month I see another order withdrawn from my checking account. I never authorized this. After many, many attempts to reach them, they said that my one order from them automatically put me into a subscription! I never intended this and can't afford it either. Again, they never responded to my numerous calls and emails to their "customer service" email. Finally I went to my bank and submitted a fraud claim. The bank agreed this was fraudulent and my bank refunded me. These people are crooks and scammers. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AND CHARGED FOR ORDERS YOU DID NOT MAKE. SHAME ON THEM FOR THEIR LOUSY, RUDE, DISMISSIVE, AND UNREAPONSIVE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY.

I buy Fuerte avocados every year for my Mom who lives in Florida. She misses the taste of real avocados. She receives the avocados in perfect condition and fast too! They are staggered so not all of them become ripe at once. These are top of the line and this year I had to get some for myself and I'm glad I did!

Superb avocados .We purchased the largest box offered over Easter to give to my family in baskets. I am ordering again because the few I had left over for myself were so flavorful and easy to peel I inhaled them. I have always had difficulty evaluating avocados in the market because they were either overripe or damaged once they ripened and I removed the skin. Receiving organic avocados , hand picked with delivery within a few days at an excellent price is too good an offer to pass up. By the way, their tangerines are irresistible too!
