I do not recommend that business, my truck was there for a year and they never fixed it, I never had time and when I went to pick up the truck after a year, they delivered it to me completely disassembled and they still gave me a bill of more than 5000 dollars and I heard from many people who I'm doing the same thing, there is a lady named Dana, I also say the same thing, I don't recommend her business.

Charlie at C&D Towing in Escondido Ca was our hero ! We have been AAA customers for 49 years . Never have we experienced such subpar customer service from AAA and JONATHANS Towing. We were forced to wait for 4 hours while we were lied to by Jonathan’s towing. No one would tow us from San Marcos to Menifee even though our AAA benefits covered a one way trip of 100 miles.
Finally Jonathan’s towing screwed us for the last time and C& D towing was dispatched our tow from San Marcos to Escondido. Charlie offered to tow us all the way home to Menifee. What superior service , courtesy , and professional assistance. Charlie saved us . Thank you C&D towing . Please acknowledge Charlie for being a great employee.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie recently when our car was in an accident. He stopped to checked if we had help on the way, which being a weekend we did not.
C & D towing was wonderful from start to finished. Even though our car was damage from the accident they took extreme care of our vehicle. We opted out of using our insurance coverage because we did not want to risk anymore damage to our vehicle.
Highly recommend Charlie and Kyra!!

Super thorough & communicative. Worked with me and checked in with every step of the way. Very impressed.
They took me in last minute and even worked on my 83 ford. It's hard to find a good shop that'll work on a vehicle that old.

My mom's car broke down and they towed it to the shop. Charlie took care of my mom and made her feel so safe .they helped fix her car and saved her money. I live in Arkansas and so blessed she found someone to trust.

It charges very expensive for a very small section and it is justified by the fact that it was far away
If it were far away I wouldn't have arrived in less than 10 minutes!!

IF YOU ARE A FEMALE, HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!I hope this shop stays closed FOREVER. The most shady mechanic I've ever come across. I applied for credit through him, got approved for X amount, and then he used every last dime to "fix" my car. Long story short, I spent almost $3000 and still has the exact same problem and NEW ones at that. Not only that but he said I needed a new speed sensor because I was getting a Check Engine light. Turns out the sensor wasn't even plugged in all the way to begin with. So he was going to charge me for something I never even needed done in the first place. ABSOLUTELY SHADY!!!! I DID REPORT HIM TO THE BAR, AS WELL!

I was stranded alongside the freeway yesterday about 45 minutes from home. A tow truck stopped (C&D) to help me. The gentleman was very kind and right away called into dispatch for a quote to tow my car home. They gave me a great price and were so helpful.
