Brian’s got me in on short notice and got me out the next day, even though they had to order a specialty part. Oh, and the cost was very reasonable as well. The guys were friendly and professional, and you could tell they had many long-term customers who came in and bantered with them. I’ll never go anyplace else again.

I had an appointment today for service on our Tacoma! Bubba, Austin and Brian are so kind, and honest.
We found out today that Candace had passed away. She was a beautiful light and will be missed.
We are so blessed to have them for our automotive needs.

This is the best mechanic shop in North Couny. Integrity is everything and Brian has the most integrity of any mechanic I know. The new service manager Bubba is awesome and very personable. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs. I cannot rave enough about the quality of service they provide.

Brian has set the bar high for a Best in Class auto repair shop. We have all of our vehicles serviced here for about ten years now and looking forward to another ten great years. Honest, trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced. We are treated like family and they are the rockstars of North County! A real gem!

They got me in quickly (the day after I called) and I had to wait 20 minutes (very reasonable). Reasonable cost too.

Feeling kinda bummed about my experience here. Took my mini cooper to get looked at as the brakes were squealing, only to pick it up same day (untouched) as I was told the rear and front rotors were damaged but brake pads were fine so I wouldn’t need replacements. Drove around my car for two more weeks before squealing sound got too bad for me and I took it to another spot.
Found out from the new place that my rear brake pads AND rotors were bad. He even showed me the worn out parts. Said I could’ve paid a lot more if I ignored the issue. ALWAYS listen to your gut and get a second opinion if you feel something’s not right!

I went to Brian's with a friend who was having trouble with her truck. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. We felt very confortable leaving truck to be worked on.

Been taking all of my vehicles there for twenty years now. From the first call to make an appointment, the follow up estimate after diagnostics, through to completion, the team’s professionalism is excellent every time. I’ve referred many folks to them and consider them to be what “used to be” and what “should be” the standard in auto maintenance shops. Excellent all around!
