Our Pickleball court was completed 6 months ago and we are so pleased with the work Brady Brown Construction did for us. They offered customized designs that other contractors didn’t and that’s what we were looking for.Service: Concrete pouring

I reached out to Brady Brown construction to get a estimate for a custom batting cage build - they were serving the Escondido area and I had just relocated there. Fairly basic project. It was very difficult to pin down a day and time to have Brady or his team come to the location to survey the property. He was noncommittal on when he could come, I let him know I needed to choose a date and time since we would have to meet him at the location. Finally was able to get together with him on August 19 where we discussed the project onsite and he let me know that he would be putting together an estimate to get right back to me. I followed up by email and text several times with no responses over the next 2 weeks. As of August 31, I still had not heard back from him or received responses to any of my follow ups. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. I was counting on his company to do the project since he is in the area and markets custom batting cages (perfect fit). If you’re looking for someone trustworthy to work with who communicates, I would not recommend this company. I let him know on August 31 I was going to move on and will not be following up any further since I still had not heard back to 4 prior attempts. I let him know that I would leave this review.“Hi Brady, this will be my last check in with you. I will just leave some feedback on yelp. I don’t understand how a business comes out to do an estimate and then never responds to their customer?”He finally responded back with the following:“I’m a very busy guy. I’m way backed up on paperwork and was planning to get this out to you today. It doesn’t sound like we are a good fit and I wish you luck. You are not my customer.”We are all busy. I would expect any prospective customer would want to be treated with a little more courtesy and to just be told the company is busy and they don’t have time.I reached out to another company, batting cages USA. They showed up at the location the next day and provided the estimate the same day. Would recommend you shop around if working with someone you can trust is important.

Good luck working with this company. I called asking to have lines drawn for our pickle ball court. I was asked what color and would receive a call back. Nothing. Called a week later and left a message. No call back. How unprofessional to not even have the courtesy to call back a potential client. Disappointing.

BBC has friendly and professional staff. The work they do is labor-intensive and to always have a good attitude means a lot! Brady has always shown to be punctual, professional, easy to communicate with and follows through on his word. Finding a good contractor can be tough but you can't go wrong with BBC!
