If your looking to save anything on phones don't go here. Especially when Jackie S. A greedy sales person who do give a fuck about anymore else but her own sales comision without informing an elder person about free phones that are available to the customers. And through at insult to the injury she refuses to refund the phone because she wants her sales commission greedy b**** yes I am the girlfriend so regardless of my boyfriend was her so-called customer. He still isn't a low budget because he has shown her the fact that he has food stamp and so she took advantage of him of being naive when it comes to purchasing cell phones especially with someone who is on a very low income budget proven by his food stamp card there are free cell phones out there that being offered and she never offered it to him for one she took advantage of him and she should be fired I'm going up to the upper management and into the corporation of foods to get rid of greedy ass b**** like her and refuses to refund him and rushed to get it activated. I'm going up to the hire management of boost all the way up to the CEO if I have to get rid of this b**** because it is wrong an ethical and yes I can I don't care I'm going for management.

On April 15th my friend and I went to this location and it was very frustrating because it took over 80 minutes and he had gone before to get his phone fixed. He spent 2 days and over 4 hrs total attempting to get his phone fixed. It was very frustrating because I was feeling dizzy due to my disability and there was only one person available and 4 people came in and out as we waited and waited and waited some more. The worst part was the phone was never fixed, he had to buy a brand new phone since he had got his sim card changed more than 2 times before

Where to start... zero communication. Was a new customer buying an expensive phone and was charged for things I didn't ask for or want. Was told staff was "going to set set it up" for me like I didn't have a choice. Wasn't told I could opt out or that there was a fee for having someone else leaving their finger prints all over my new stuff. Had to wait almost an hour for this service I didn't want while the staff dealt with some other customer's issues. Was signed up for the most expensive plan and insurance and had to contact Boost to get a refund on it since I didn't any of it. Was told the set up service I did NOT want couldn't be refunded. Quite possibly the worst experience with any prepaid phone company ever. Save yourself the hassle and buy your phone online.

Have a variety of accessories specially in the cases and speakers. Have Apple products aswell. I recommend this location the employees are helpful. They always have great deals when adding a line. ?
