I had issues activating my phone online with boost mobile website and called their customer service. I still didn't get the help I needed until I went to the boost mobile store.Ms. Carolina helped me. She went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.Please visit the store you do not need to have a boost mobile phone to buy phone accessories etc.Carolina is the best! I am a very happy customer!!!!!

I spoke to the lady about my phone not working she gave me a number to call i reset my phone 3 times its still not working i called again because i wasnt sure if it was the network or my phone maybe i needed to purchase a new phone but the employee offer no help she was extremely rude my phone hasnt been working for 2 weeks she said sorry its not my problem i can only sell you a new phone i asked for the manager she hung up on me i called back she said shes the manager And her name is Lissette awful customer service! she sounds very ignorant not professional at all ill be switching to a different phone carrier ASAP!!

This Boost Mobile location is very shady so do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. Spent $160 on a deffective iPhone that didn't even receive service at my residence. The next day I went in and they refused to return anything to me. I ported my number back to MetroPCS and there I will stay. Boost Mobile is the worst, and especially this one!!!What did you do wrong?1) sold me a phone i was extremely unhappy with2) sold me a phone service that i couldn't even use at my house because there is ZERO reception3) when i tried to return it the very next day you told me I wasn't allowed to return anything, although Boost/Sprint told me you were WRONG to deny me a return, offered their apologies for my experience at your store and promptly refunded my service fee after I reported you to the Better Business Bureau.What can you do right in the future?1) TELL the customer their purchase is final even if they cant even use what you sold them and put an accurate refund policy on their receipt. I am not irrational - I am an educated woman and I have never had any business transaction like this before - it is unacceptable!
