I'm a repeat customer and will continue to bring my sizing and jewelry repair needs here :] I have had my vintage wedding ring resized and it fits so beautifully now. I dropped off a broken 14k gold chain that is super delicate and it was repaired 1 day later. They are very friendly, fast, and the workmanship is excellent.

They did an amazing job at resizing my wedding ring. I had previously gone to a large jewelry store, but it was very sterile and impersonal, and I did not get a good feeling about it. I am so glad a friend recommended BGS Jewelers. I was a little apprehensive at first, as this ring has been in the family for a long time and it is very dear to me, but the result was way beyond any expectation. The ring now fits perfectly and they polished it so well that it looks brand new. I smile every time I look at it. Maria's kind and attentive customer service was "the jewel in the crown" (!), it really shows that she loves what she does. My experience with BGS Jewelers could not have been more pleasant, I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you, Maria!

I showed up first thing this morning when they opened to see how much it would cost to get a gold chain soldered. Turns out I just needed the clasp replaced. They replaced it right on the spot and even gave me options to different clasps. Super quick and easy!

I went to B&G Jewlers today to have the prongs on my wedding rings adjusted! They were so helpful, friendly, and fast. They adjusted my rings and cleaned them all too! I love knowing that they are honest w/me and go above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied!! I would recommend B&G to anyone who in is need of jerlwerly repair or wants to buy something and have an honest opinion or information when making a decision.
