I had such a positive experience with Hugh in the sales department. I wanted to check out electric options and he was so helpful and honest, if he didn't know the answer to one of my questions he told me so and then asked or looked it up. I haven't pulled the trigger yet but when I am ready to I will definitely be coming back k to Escondido and working with Hugh

Great dealership and very friendly staff. I got a fantastic deal on an awesome iX. Recently had a small issue/request and the sales manager handled it appropriately. Also, kudos to a great service experience today at the BMW service Dept. Definitely recommend this dealership.

William (service manager) met with me and heard what I have to say. It was good to feel heard. He offered me help as well, solution to the problem. While it's not guaranteed that I will get any of my money back, he proved me that the tires were needed to be replaced. I need to take accountability for saying yes to the service. I could have walked away when the service was offered if I didn't want to put new tires. Therefore, BMW showed their professionalism and tried to make me feel satisfied in this situation to the best of their ability and I appreciate that. Harris, my apologies for using inappropriate descriptions about you. Thank you BMW.

Update to my review below. BMW of Escondido reached out to me and made this right. They have ordered me a new key. I’m happy with the outcome. I raised my review to three stars because I’m still unhappy with the service I received at the service center.I bought a 540i from this dealership in 2020. The car came with two key fobs. I recently needed the use of the second key fob and when I tried to use it, it didn’t work. I took it to my mechanic and he found that there was no way it could be paired. I contacted BMW of Escondido and was told a representative would call me. The next day I asked why nobody called me and was told they would give the message to a representative, still no call. Now I’m forced to file an official complaint with BMW USA. If you can avoid it don’t buy from here. They will gladly take your money but ignore you afterward.

Called about a month ago maybe on August 7th, the gentleman I spoke with in parts department didn't seem very keen or motivated to do his job, kinda like there just to roll his 8 hours and go home. I explained to him that I needed to buy approximately 300 center caps which I knew were on backorder. I asked him how can we get a straight answer regarding a definitive date and he had no straight answer. He took my name and number suggesting he'll have his manager contact me but needless to say no contact was ever made to this day.Sometimes small gestures are indicative of greater shortcomings. If you represent a company and yet lack proper diligence, punctuality, and reliability to follow-up and get back to your clients, what makes you think that they will trust you with greater endeavors, like buying a car from your location or having it serviced there.

I bought a bmw from this dealer and my sales person Hugh was amazing. There was no bs-ing,few back n forths, great price,honest negotiation. Everything went really smooth ,I was in and out in few hour. Sales manager Oliver also helped me out with few details,overall great experience. 5 star all the way

My review below was posted a couple weeks ago. Update: I only received a call after I filed an official complaint with BMW North America. I was given an appointment and showed up to my appointment 10 min early. After 35 min of sitting there without being checked in I told them I was leaving. I took my keys and left. I got a call not more than a min later. The person asked me to come back so I did. I got there and had three people helping me. I'm not sure why I sat there for 35 min and then I had 3 people helping me. After more than 2 hours they could not fix my key issue. I asked to have the manager call me. As of today, not one call. I've sent 2 different messages and was told I would get a call today. Still no call. I urge you to avoid this service center. They don't return phone calls and will tell you they will call but don't trust them to actually follow through. Last review:I bought a 540i from this dealership in 2020. I went in to sell a car on a Friday near closing time. The salesman seemed nice and friendly at the beginning, but turned sour as soon as the negotiation didn't go exactly as he wanted. From nice, to very curt and unprofessional in the blink of an eye.

August 4, 2023I wish you could give zero or minus reviews.Disgusting, revolting and disrespectful. The old “bait and switch” fraud in action. In the morning, I made an appointment for 2:00 pm to meet Mark at this dealership to consider purchasing a 2022 BMW X5 posted on their website. He new the exact car I was considering from our phone conversation and text picture I sent him. Arrived at 2:00 pm only to be told that car was sold in the morning or am of that day. Wow, I had driven 30 minutes to the dealership in heavy traffic only to be told the car is gone, but, hey we have another car, 2016, full leather, for you to consider. Hello “bait and switch” fraud. This is the worst customer experience I have every had. Unbelievable. It is now 6:30 pm and that car is still posting for sale online. The “bait and switch” is ongoing. This dealership should have their BMW credentials revoked.
