I had my water pump replaced at Vista BMW 4 years ago. The car only had 18k miles, not under warranty, salvage title. Four years later, at 60k miles, the water pump BMW replaced at my expense, died. This ended costing me an additional $2000, so in total, just replacing faulty parts has cost me $3000 for a vehicle with only 60,000 miles. I understand quality problems occurring, but BMW's unwillingness to stand behind their products is disappointing and surprising given the image they promote as a high-end luxury vehicle. This is the second BMW I have owned. The first was 521i, which was also plagued with problems. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing BMW products.

Ryan our sales consultant at BMW did an excellent job of getting my wife and I into a beautiful 2024 BMW high four love the car and the dealership but I’m questioning the charging stations. They seem to not be working efficiently yet.

My experience at BMW of Escondido was truly exceptional, standing head and shoulders above any other BMW dealership I've visited throughout the San Diego region. The level of service and care I received at BMW of Escondido was simply unparalleled. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted with a warmth and genuine enthusiasm that instantly put me at ease. My sales rep, Peter, took the time to truly understand my needs and preferences. Throughout the entire process, Peter's demeanor was refreshingly sincere. The general manager, Joe, went above and beyond by personally reaching out to offer his support and assistance, going the extra mile to make sure every aspect of my experience was exceptional. And when it came time to handle the paperwork, Cathy made what is often a dreaded chore into a surprisingly insightful and seamless process, walking me through each step with clarity and professionalism. It's clear that the entire team at BMW of Escondido is committed to cultivating a customer experience that is unmatched. They have set a new standard.

I had a really positive car buying my experience here at BMW of Esco. I have purchase 4 cars from 4 different dealers in the last 13mo, and this was the most stress free of the four
Katerina was professional, friendly, helpful, an overall very enjoyable to work with.
Negotiations were transparent, and I was able to make a deal I was happy with. As Kat promised, my trip through finance was without stress, and a speed record.
I couldn’t wait to get the long detailed walkthrough on day of purchase (family stuff), but Kat got in touch and schedule that today.
I LOVE my car.

What a terrible experince we had here. Im going to make sure costco who reffered us here sees of our experience. We were so excited to shop the X5 as I just had a baby and were wanting to turn in our bmw 450 convertible for obvious reasons. When we got there Katarina Garcia stated she was very busy helping the owner and so was everyone else and if we had made an apt. I understood told her I was just gonna glance at x5. My husband was talking baby out when she came out again and said we'll I don't want the owner to think I'm not helping you so I can do you the favor of test driving a car. Wow. I was in disbelief. Kat was the Women name, when I asked her she said she would not tell me until I had to ask the manager that on 7/23 was present. Wow. I have owned several BMW and MB and never have I ever experienced this from a women who belittled us and she did. Honestly my salutes to MB on the otherside of the freeway and Audi of Escondido but this BMW and this associate Kat Garcia was very disappointing. It was even more disappointing to experience such disrespectful and belittling behavior from Kat Garcia. This very much reflects poorly on the brand's reputation. If i could give a 0 I would. This is very unacceptable

Lisa was really great. I found the staff to be friendly and legitimately helpful. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to swindle me or simply make a sale. Matt did his absolute best to meet my needs in the financing department. I walked out feeling like I got the best for what I required in a vehicle.

My salesman Ryan and the rest of the team were gracious and helpful. I came at the end of my work day & there were a few other couples ahead of me with finance, so it took 5 hours from walk in to exit & drive home.

It was quite disappointing to experience such impolite behavior from the staff, as it reflects poorly on the brand's reputation. Treating customers with respect should be a fundamental aspect of your job, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could ensure that this is upheld in the future.
