Got at the bank at 345 and was trying to get out money from the atm and would not let me . Took me 3 tries and the time just happen to be 4:03 and the security guard would not let me in even though I was outside trying to get money out. There was only 2 people in line! Dudes a joke

I went into this bank to try and stop fraud on my dads account, and for two hours nothing got done they verified who I was. Unfortunately I wasn’t directly tied with all accounts and couldn’t pause his debit card. Within 10 mins after I left I see suspicious activity was detected on the accounts I tried to stop.

I have tried to get information regarding my bill and after trying all the numbers listed to call, none of them allowed me to speak to a human to discuss my concerns. After going through the numbered sites I was advised that i would be talking to said human they all hung up on me. This bank is a failure in my estimation. I thought that communication would be the hallmark of a well run business. I will go to another bank that I called and was able to talk to a human in the USA and she answered all my questions.

This 5 stars is for the employee not this branch or corporation , so this 5 Stars means you went above and beyond . So this 5 stars is for Evelyn after visiting a bank of America that could not help with a simple withdrawal I drove to this one and evelyn was able to help me make my transaction and withdrawal she was kind helpful and courteous.

Two reasons why this is the worst bank in Escondido:1. The tellers are like used car salesmen. It's the only bank where the tellers ask every single customer if they're aware of some random plan the bank is pushing. Very often the customer doesn't understand so the the teller starts to explain. This makes the wait exponentially longer. It's infuriating when you're in a hurry.2. The drive-thru has been boarded up for a year now and I never see or hear any construction being done, so our choice is to stand out in the hot sun to wait for a walk-up ATM or to go inside and wait in the endless line while the tellers try to push their banking plans on everyone.I'm going to switch to a different bank where the lines are shorter and the tellers aren't like salesmen.

0 --- waited for a banker for over 50 minutes, he went to lunch as walked past me as if I was invisible. Went to the manager and she said that he would be back in about an hour and a half and I should either wait or go to another branch. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. BOA LOOK AT YOUR SCORES AND FIX THIS.

This branch of BofA is horrible. Was before covid and is even worse during and after covid. VERY long lines and only 1- 2 tellers working. AND we have trying to get a safety deposit box closed (That we are being charged for) in a BofA that is not in the state, that should have been closed with account when the account was closed. And NO ONE AT ANY LOCATION IS PICKING UP THEIR PHONE. They have not been helpful in person either. Our lawyer has even tried to get in contact with someone. AGAIN, NO IS PICKING UP THEIR PHONES. We are soon going to be closing ALL our accounts with BofA. We have already opened new accounts at California Coast Credit Union. THEY PICK UP THEIR PHONES!! And have great customer service!

Very rude employees, and the employees look like thieves getting money out of the vault and counting it in front of all the people, I even saw a employee stuff a $100 bill in her pocket, I waited a hour in line just to get rejected by the coin shortage, coin shortage my A$$!

My 1 star is based upon the current information available about the hours of operation for this branch. We have tried to go to this branch and it has been closed. So we started watching for updates here. It states that the hours were updated by the business 2 weeks ago. On Monday, it stated that the branch was closed Monday and Tuesday, but would be open Wednesday-Saturday. Today (Wednesday), it now says that it is closed and won't open until Friday. This is extremely frustrating for customers who have time sensitive banking issues that can't be handled through the ATM.

Bank of America is the worst bank on the planet!!! They are ripping off money from people on unemployment. They are the only bank I know that is closed since the stay at home order back in November 2020. These scumbags don't have money in there ATM's. I got paid by unemployment today. And Bank of America says I have $0 in my account. So either they stole it or it's taking way longer then it should. Get put on hold for eternity then get hung up on by these useless call center people sitting at home. I truly believe they are never reopening and just gonna steal everyone's money and file for bankruptcy. NEVER use this thieves. They will just take your money.

I would give 0 stars because this bank is terrible. Went to the drive through ATM yesterday and no money in the machine to dispense. Bank was open inside but lines were out the door. Went back today and went through drive through, same thing no cash to dispense. Went to walk up machines and both were out of cash. Bank was closed even though the sign on door said it should be open for 2 more hours. Signs go a long way in communicating with your customers. If you're closing early, put up a sign. If your drive up machines are out of cash for days, put up a sign so none of us need to wait endlessly for something that's not there. Same with the walk up ATMs. Many customers upset and lost, likely forever. Use your signs.

I understand we're in covid but wouldn't it have been considerate of the lady who looked straight at me and decided she wasn't going to let me know that they can't answer my questions. Instead she keeps talking to some lady who also looked my way and didn't let me know that they weren't going to answer my question I don't understand what is so hard to take less than a minute to answer a question. Again I understand it's covid times the least a company can do is adjust the time they open and close online.
