Bill Hunter provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Delivery was on time snd setup perfectly. Delivery person was accommodating and very knowledgeable as well. I look forward to making future appliance purchases in the future.

I have been a customer of B&B appliances for years, for both service and purchases. I’ve never had a bad experience. All of the employees are professional and knowledgeable. I’ve recommended B&B to all of my friends. It’s refreshing to find a company which values both their customers and their employees.

Has no idea B and B sold appliances. Went in store. What a showcase! So beautiful , clean and great inviting. Sales associate was polite friendly and very professional. Plan on doing more business with them

Cristal was knowledgeable and no heavy sales job. When the sales person actually uses the product you are looking for it makes you feel good about the purchase. Great place to purchase your appliances. Their services and parts department are outstanding!!

I found B & B Appliance online. Saw that they were having a sale on Kitchen Aid products. Called and spoke to Cristal, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Took my info and within minutes she emailed me 3 quotes for various products and services that B & B offers.
Made our decision and I called Cristal to let her know that I was ready to pay, she texted me the link to make payment and voila. Such a great process of buying appliances without having to drive down to Escondido. Cristal, thank you again for making this so easy!!!

When you think of purchasing any appliances let B&B be top of mind. You get a family quality of customer service every time. You don’t have to wait on log holds when calling in or when you walk into their beautiful showroom located in Escondido; they are always ready and willing to meet any need.
I have had the pleasure of working with their team a few times and each time has been such a smooth and easy process. They are experienced, informative, timely and all around great to work with.
