Our microwave stopped heating so I called B&B and they were able to send a technician the next day. The technician was very pleasant and competent. The only issue I had was with the person who took the order. I had made it clear that I had an 11:00 appointment so the appointment would need to be in the afternoon. That information was not translated to the technician. However, he and I worked it out.

My service rep Mando was outstanding. I have an older home and deal with many service people, 5 this week alone and it's Wed. Mando is very thorough, educated, knowledgeable, has wonderful people and communication skills, is focused and quick. He thoroughly explained everything he was testing for and resolved my issues. I can't say enough about him. B&B thank you for being the kind of company who provides excellent service and remains quality people. I encourage everyone to support local businesses.

Although, I didn't like the news I got about my dryer, I will see MANDO the technician, was very friendly, prompt and professional. I have to say, everybody I talked to, at B&B Appliance was the same way. When they tell you they're gonna do something- like call or show up at a certain time, they DO IT! They don't leave you hanging or wondering, and in my experiences over the past couple of years, there are VERY few companies who value their customers enough to deliver the level of service B&B gives. Professionalism is a dying breed, so it was nice to see, it's not completely gone. If you want to talk to a live body who speaks English, will return phone calls, give text letting you know they're on their way and people who actually show up on time, you might want to try this company. Just saying...

Albert came and measured the dimensions in my mom's cabinets to install a microwave and an oven. He was very punctual and thorough. We will have them order and install a microwave and oven.

B & B Appliances have been great! I am going to use them for my future Appliance purchases and tell all my friends and family what a great experience it was dealing with B & B appliance. Shawn, was my sales rep was very knowledgeable about the different Bosch dishwashers and helped me make a decision on my purchase. I'm very grateful for him going above and beyond resolving the issue with my first appliance that did not fit in my counterspace Lowes and Home Depot are dumpster fires, and I hate dealing with them as I've had nothing but poor experiences in the past with appliance purchases with them and never want to have to deal with them ever again. Now that I found B & B Appliances, a local company that knows how to treat customers right, I am using them in the future and highly recommend! They accept the Brand Source credit card with 0% financing. I appreciate your help and thank you!

I just bought a washing machine today at the Escondido location. I was greeted by Annalee and she helped me pick out one that was best for me and a great price. They went to check out where Victoria and Laura discussed the best way to go with financing. Everyone was so nice and pleasant! Plus the delivery date is in 4 days!! I am so happy

Bought a fridge 2-3 months ago. Service was fast BUT that's it! Had some damage on the doors- they could have offered to swap the unit out but no offer made. Said they will order parts to have panels replaced. I know Frigidaire has parts laying around. I called last week and they said it was still in order. After discussing with my friends I told B and B to cancel and just forget it. I will never use them again. To make the sale was fast....to provide service is another story.

I love B & B Appliance !! These guys are great, have been my go-to for years. They replaced a gas cooktop for me about six months ago, and just fixed my ice-maker this week. I see that they are rated 4 dollar signs, they are a bit pricey, but they will try to figure out ahead of time what potential parts might be needed for a repair, and come prepared. It is unusual to have an appliance repair company, fix something on the spot, in my experience. So, obviously, as much information as you can give them, model number, serial number, etc. over the phone ahead of time, the better the outcome.

the team has always been great to work with starting with the salesman Bill a few years ago to the service team lead/manager Davis and his crew who I have had a good number of interactions with. If your in the need of a new appliances or just repairs this team is awesome and should be your go to.

These guys are great! Very professional, communicative, and customer service-oriented. They all went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We've used them for both repairs and purchase and have been thoroughly impressed. Jeremy in Service repaired our 14-year-old fridge and was very resourceful in coming up with the most cost-effective and beneficial solution. When we decided a few months later that we needed a new fridge, Sean in Sales was super helpful, knowledgeable and flexible assisting us in purchasing and getting fast delivery of a new fridge. Armando and Thomas came to install the fridge and they were so courteous, professional, neat and careful in getting the fridge into a tricky spot. Unfortunately, we had issues (not their fault!) preventing the fridge from being installed that were only discovered as they were trying to install it, so they had to connect the fridge in the garage and come back later to install in the kitchen They did all this in a pleasant, professional way, providing topnotch service. Very impressive. In addition, the women who assisted me several times by phone have been a delight to work with. It appears to be a truly exceptional team throughout the entire organization, in a different league from their competition. So glad we found them! Highly recommend.
