Have most of what you need, typically at fairly stiff prices.However, this store, and most others in the franchise require you to have, at the very least, an above average knowledge of what it is you need.Reason being; you don't get much if any experienced help and/or advice

They spend their time talking behind the counter with the very despotic manager, they see you and they don't serve you in that store, the bosses should put order there.

My money didn't go back on my card and the guy said it did.now can't find receipt so I'm out 58 dollar on my life time breaks .I told the guy it didn't go on the card but he said it did which it didn't wish I could find my receipt

Staff are terrible here. Go to O'Reillys.We were looking for a relay and autozone told us they didn't have it. Went to OReillys and they found us something comparable.

Had a carb. gasket in my hand went the counter there were three customers in line one person working put gasket back and left.

Went in this morning at 8 and made a purchase of over $120. Zero attentiveness from the staff. In fact, when I came in no one was at the front at all even though there was a line of customers. After the manager, Miguel, was done signing loudly in the back he came up to help us. He was on the phone while helping us, he would ask a question and then speak over me while I answered, and the kicker is he ordered an air filter and asked us to come back later after noon to pick it up. I came back at 1:00 and the air filter was not there. We wasted another 20 minutes while Miguel called around trying to figure where he placed the order and then tried to blame the fact it wasn't there on the delivery people. No discounts for our wasted time and no accountability taken. There are a million AutoZones and I'd go to any of them over this location.

Javier C. Was very detailed with the service he provided on the particular parts we where looking for. He provided guidance on the brake pads that I needed for my daughter's car and was helpful enough to ask If I need the tool to change the brakes. He's very professional, friendly and has a pleasant smile every time he provides assistance. I'm sure if you get to meet him you'll say the same, he's very genuine.THANK YOU- Javier you made me and my daughter's car work a lot easier.

We're very happy to have a local Autozone. My husband has made many trips to the store and received great customer service. Today it was a battery replacement for my car. Employee Jeremy went above normal customer service and even installed it.

Not only did I get charged for the wrong rotors they gave me the wrong rotors on top of that smoked out as people they were all stressing
