I had to buy a battery, but I didn't have the old one to turn in when I bought it. After I replaced my dead battery, I brought the dead battery back to recover the core charge. The problem was that I didn't have the receipt. They were able to look up the purchase and refund my core They made me feel like they cared and gave me great customer service. Thank You to those AutoZone employees for taking care of me!

I want to give them a special thank you, we had a car emergency and I was not near my parents to help out. They went to this Autozone and twice the individuals who helped them were super helpful and patient with them. They even got on the phone with me so we can work out what they needed. It helped eliminate the stress for both of us. Thank you

All I gotta say is that if your planning to purchase a battery for you car, make sure they check if the battery is good to be used and make sure they show you that, because last Thursday they sell me a bad battery, the supervisor (that claimed to be the most knowledgeable) just used the jump started and told me I was good to go all that after 15 min of trying to turn on the car and getting frustrated. I believed that and left to get some lunch, and guess what... yup the car didn't turn on, I went back to the store just because my wife was on her day off lucky I had a back up vehicle. At the store they just gave me another battery and told me "just make sure you bring the battery back" and when I told them I had no tools to change it myself, they pretty much try to say "not my problem" ... the "supervisor" who "helped me" earlier that day said he was about to get off and promised to help me out so we exchanged numbers and stayed on touch but be never show up even after I called him and he said he was ( I was only 10 min away driving and I was planning to reward him with some cash), My wife, baby and I waited for 2 hours for someone that wasn't man enough to say something like "I won't make it" or simply not giving me his phone number anyway, Not the worst experience ever, but all that just because I didn't asked for a double check of the battery I purchased. Hope this helps someone.

Great store, with handsome workers. The young gentleman by the name of Patrick was on top of everything. I needed my battery, headlights and wiper blades replace. He was able to finish the task in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this spot over the other autozones in the city.

Durlast Red batteries are bad quality.Today I was disappointed. I always buy from AZ and I got a brand new 850 durlast battery put in my used car I bought. Come to find out the 850 red durlast is not a good battery. Asked them to replace under warranty but they did not. Apparently they dont stand behind there product quality. They give the warranty on the person who buys it not the product.Do not buy the Durlast brand red label battery as it is bad quality.

Since I love cars, I love coming here to check out all the parts they have for my car, whether it's from tools to shock absorbers and more. My whole family loves coming here especially my dad, who loves cars and got a job as a mechanic, his dream job. I recommend everybody comes down to AutoZone.
