I called asking about my phone turn in status and the employee explained only the manager could do that and they wouldn't be in for 4 hours. I asked if she could at least look up my account and she hung up on me. Zero effort. Zero professionalism. Zero customer service. I regret switching.

This was my 2nd successful visit to this location. I didn't review last time, so I want to make sure to do so today. We went around 3 pm on a weekday. No appointment required. This must be a miserable business to be in. I have been very unhappy with other providers, but at this eastern Escondido shop they have always taken their time and patience with me and my phones. I bought an unlocked Google Pixel 7a online at the recommendation of 2 sons. Following the Google start up and transfer instructions was surprisingly easy--and successful. Only glitch was self imposed - I didn't want to disconnect from the internet until I could confirm all data, photos and apps had made it onto the new phone. They had. So then we went to the ATT store . I worried that having bought the phone directly from Google, that I might run into difficulties. No problems! Internet activation was smooth. The technician was kind to us 2 seniors and knowledgeable on the process. I hope everyone who goes to the ATT store on E. Valley Parkway has a successful experience as well.

I reccomend Joshua at the E. Valley ATT store for any persons looking to buy or upgrade their phone. He is pleasant, patient and knowledgeable, speaking at the appropriate level of understanding to his customers.

Very Bad Experience today. Would Not recommend this location as they arbitrarily removed a feature I was paying for 2 years to upgrade, leaving me to ultimately pay the remainder balance in full. Pretty slick ways. Definitely Avoid!

Ordered an iPad Pro got 4 emails saying it would be delivered 2 days later. I took the day off from work to make sure someone was home. Talked to customer service the day before the assured me it would be delivered the next day. Went to the store to find an update all the guy said was it’s reserved. Ok so I asked no estimate for delivery he said no just wait. Before I could say anything else he said have a nice day and went on to the next person. Completely no desire to help find answers nothing. Completely gross customer service. So now I guess I’ll wait in limbo.UpdateFinally talked to someone in customer service who actually looked into and found it was to be delivered between 2-4 and is out for delivery. See what happens when someone does their job and tries. It’s magic.

Miss Megan was very helpful with my mothers iPhone trade in process . She paid very close attention to details about my account and explained everything well . Took very good care of us. Awesome service other at&t location didn’t care to offer . I am very appreciate her help as I am thousand miles away from my mother . Megan made it happen over the phone with me .

They gave me a hard time getting this discount that I was told I qualify for, and now I am forced to over pay these people for cable. I met with a guy who works there and he said I qualify for a discount for the cable, but now I talked to someone else who works there and they said there is no discount that is available, and they also said there is no discount that I qualify for. So now my cable bill is very pricey, and I am still struggling to afford the cable.

Says it closes at 8pm on Saturdays, got there at 5:13pm but the doors were locked and no one was there. They should update their hours if they're going to be closed. Drove all the way there for nothing.

I called to confirm they had the 14 128 g iPhone in stock in midnight. They told me they had plenty in stock. I got there 10 min later and after waiting 1 hr. They told me they did not have the phone in that color. They were very rude about it and waisted my time. I would have gone to another store if they were honest from the start. The associate and manager seemed not to care about the inconvenience that I was caused and the time I had wasted waiting for help in their store. Would not recommend this store.
