Tonight I called to leave a message. No answer. I brought a friend in helping me move to have a couple of beers. We each had 1.5. Tonight we were treated badly. I don't have to wonder anymore why people don't come to 149. I spent my time at Vista. I get treated very well there, but my motorcycle riding buddies are at 149 so I came over. I've been treated with respect and kindness until the woman serving tonight. She was insulting, rude, out of control. We were shocked and not getting it. All we did was point out. She made a mistake on the credit card bill. Before that she spent an enormous time at the other end laughing with friends. I waved once to hail her over. My guess she didn't like that. It wasn't meant as an offense. We were friendly, tired and having fun. We didn't get a receipt. I reminded her that my friend didn't sign it . Respect for her. We did nothing but want the charge corrected. She said she could not correct it and offered a chip. We thought a bag of chips. Confused. My friend who's not military said I don't want a chips. I just want you to fix the bill. She refused explaining how much trouble it was for her. We looked at each other she didn't want to correct the error on the card. Confused. She snickered. She made comments about me like high school to others at the bar. We got treated terribly. Figuring she has a problem maybe taking a bad day out on us. Let it go. I tried to make this comment properly on their website. Error. So here it is! Because I'm not gonna lose my benefit of friendship with bike riders. I meet there to have this unhappy, nasty catty woman do this, we were friendly. She came at us like we blamed her for something. It was not clear why she has a problem. I bring friends in to help gain membership. This failed. My friend will not go back. My friend and I were upset by the experience of her not able to make the correction. I asked what nights she worked so I would avoid her. She sipped at me saying I don't know. Her defaming me in front of others at the bar! Over the top. I went over and beyond apologizing. We at this point are still confused. Can't correct a cc transaction. Nothing helped. I don't need 149. You need members. Fix your website if you don't want a public comment. It's not a pleasant post but it my neighborhood. There is that edge by those who work there they don't like non-traditional women. I am very confident. Happy. Great natured. Strong. Fun. I don't tolerate discrimination. I will remain kind and respectful. But aware now of the new rules. Members are top-notch! I will not bring guests. I am not sure what I will do. BJ's seems healthier. This morning my moving friend who joined me told me she disputed the charges. I wish she had not done that. She asked her cc company how hard is it to change an error. They said not difficult. We worked it out. I'm back at my local 149 with friends. Be patient and kind, it takes a natural positive path. Come on military! Join me! Let's go Brandon!
