Google says they’re open the sign outside of their sources. They’re open both at 7:30… Their own website says they’re open at 7:30. It is now 7:38 AM and not a single person in Site… The gate is locked

Really disappointed spend over 800 $ on batteries they all died with in the warranty unfortunately I can’t find the receipt came in an employee told me they can find the receipt with the date I bought them came back next day and employee change the store that they weren’t able to due anything with out a receipt what a disappointment and waist of money plus there yellow top óptimas can’t believe they went bad so fast

I have been using these guys for over 30 years and they are great to deal with. You pull in, they check your battery and alternator and let you know the problem. They have always had the battery I need in stock and they install it. I don't think I have ever spent more than 20 minutes there. The prices are reasonable. The service techs are knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Very, very displeased! The new battery I purchased from American Battery for over $200 died while under warranty. American Battery claimed the warranty is void if the battery dies and goes below a certain voltage.I put in a replacement battery from another car to verify my car had no slow drain or alternator issue. My replacement battery has had no issue whatsoever. So, I know my vehicle has no issues.So, when I first brought American Battery the bad battery (it was drained to a low voltage), they did say, "We will see what we can do". When I called a few days later, an employee clearly stated they would get a new battery for me free under warranty. This employee said battery would be ordered.Weeks later, when I called again, after waiting for about 15 minutes, their story changed. Now, they said they would do nothing under warranty.Obviously, American Battery has been inconsistent in their messages to me. When I tried to explain this to Mike", he said I was the one that shouldn't be surprised by this inconsistent messaging. He raised his voice and was very rude.In my entire life, I have never received such poor service! Batteries that go bad lose voltage! After my car wouldn't start, I did wait some time before bringing the battery. However, why should that void a warranty?

Best place to get a new battery. They will test your existing battery and let you know if it needs to be replaced
