I was on hold for 9 minutes and then goes to voicemail saying the voice box is full and then it hangs up, Ive called them back six times but still no call back.I started at 2:53PM its 3:04 PM and they close at 5PM. Kinda annoying how they hungup on me and when I call them back they ain't answering. For sure.

2nd year in a row I make an appointment ahead of time and I'm given an appointment 8:30 am and informed that my preparer won't be in until 10:00 am. My preparer stood me up both times. Mr. Benjamin was very kind to work me into his schedule. Thank you

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I came here to do my taxes with Benjamin and he did a HUGE mistake on one of my 1099s I made less than $1,800 and he put $11,000 on the system. Thank god I catched his mistake before leaving but I had already signed All paperwork. I went back and let him know of his mistake and all he said was ill take care of it tomorrow I have to leave, NO apology or anything!! 2 days later he returns my call with a rude attitude saying that he cant help me with my taxes anymore because he doesnt feel comfortable doing so anymore! HIS JUST MAD THAT I CAUGHT HIS MISTAKE!! Instead of trying to fix the problem or at least apologize, he started telling me all this nonsense on why he doesnt want to do my taxes anymore. Of course I DO NOT want him to do my taxes anymore!! Please DO NOT make the same mistake I made by coming here!! This mistake was going to cost me over $3,500!!!

All I have to say is that they're awesome. I was able to book a last minute appointment before a deadline and they helped me thoroughly and I felt comfortable as they took care of everything for me. My parents come here as well and they always leave happy.

Recently got my taxes done with Diana R. she was very professional and was willing to answer all my questions in depth. I will definitely be going back it was easy and quick. Very friendly staff and they communicated everything with me. 6/5 stars for Diana for being such great help and guiding me through the process step by step! Thank you Diana! It was over all best place to get taxes done .I have gone to hrblock and lalopadron .And hands down much better i will be coming every year .
