My experience at Acura was so great, walked in with no appointment and I got helped from Kent Anderson as soon as I walked in. he was so welcoming and understanding on what I was looking for. He worked his wonders to help me get a great price on my new 2024! Such a great sales man. Nothing but good to say about the service center if Escondido Acura. Clean work area, friendly staff, a comfortable waiting room, and accurate work. And to top it off, a car wash and interior cleaning when I took my car in for a minor recall matter. It was only about an update to the computer system, but they still threw in the extras.

I bought a 2009 Acura TSX at a local dealer and didnt know about a few issues with it. The service avdisor Young took care of me promptly and kept me informed of all things they found plus arranged transportation for my wife who had to drop off and pick up the car. They were fantastic. Great value.

This is not the dealership to get your car serviced. They don't even look at the actual condition of the car rather they look at mileage and start telling you everything that is going to go wrong and replace parts that are nearly brand new. They charged me twice what my local service repair person charged. they don't take time or care with the vehicle, only in it for the money.Thanks to customer for calling me.

I recently made a new purchase at Dealership Acura Escondido and was looking forward to the newbie experience. Unfortunately, it wasn’t all I hoped it would be.I would like to highlight the excellent service from 2 staff members, the salesman and the financial director who worked and helped me through the entire process for hours on end.However, I had an unpleasant interaction with the sales manager, Glenn Burger. After purchasing my vehicle, I was handed the keys and just before I could gloat in the joy of the moment, Glenn abruptly directs his attention toward me and states, he wouldn’t allow that I take the car because my initial insurance paper was not enough. He further complained he would not be held liable and lose his job. His solution was to send me home and email him further paperwork. Only then, I would be able to drive back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle.Please keep in mind I had zero interaction with Mr. Burger during the entire process; he never acknowledged us, introduced himself, I didn’t even know who he was. He remained seated in his chair while telling me about insurance paperwork. He did not seem to care to help in any matter and turned his chair and continued to work on his computer.Mr. Burger was very unprofessional and had an unreasonable and negative demeanor. The staff members who helped me with the process noticed his behavior and quickly but discretely handled the situation to the best of their ability. The salesman led me back to his desk and actually helped me find a solution by assisting me in calling the insurance company.Mr. Burger should have explained the situation during the process and not wait until after the purchase was made. Had I known it would have been an issue and saved myself from dealing with Mr. Burger’s attitude I would not have made the purchase. The salesman kindly apologized to me for the negative experience I had with Mr. Burger.Although Mr. Burger called me on my cellphone later on to apologize, he only reiterated he could not let me leave with the vehicle for liability purposes. I reminded him that I was never opposed or argued their policies, but rather disapproved of his approach and the manner in which he addressed me by way of a horrible attitude. He did offer an opportunity for me to discuss my concerns. He clearly does not know how to provide service recovery. I have been a manager for several years at a clinic and never have I treated my direct reports nor patients with such disrespect and unprofessionalism.The purpose for this review is to provide a learning and improvement opportunity. I strongly believe managers should set the precedence for good leaders, and show their staff how to be courteous, respectful, and professional at all times. Customer service skills are essential for sales. Acura is more than welcome to contact me for further feedback.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealer!! My wife and I drove 10 hrs on a Sunday from Northern California because of the deal but most of all the great customer service. Zhou our salesman was right on top of everything and very honest!! The GM and finance Lady were great too. A couple of minor issues but they handled them right away? My next Acura will come from Escondido Acura!!! Thank you for your honesty…

Wow!!!!!! I can’t even begin to describe the wonderful experience that I had at Acura Escondido. I was helped by an amazing representative. Abby made sure all my questions were answered before I even told her I was ready to buy. She answered all questions about the brand and the reliability. Ultimately we ended up buying the car not only because we love the brand but because Abby was so helpful I can’t wait to drive my new baby everywhere. BEST PART, the big red bow, it was the cherry on top!

Initially called and spoke with Abbey in new car sales. Explained I was a returning customer and my lease was up. I wanted another lease for a 2023 MDX tech package. Sent her my information about the current vehicle and called back the next day to get numbers for the new lease. I was handed off to another person Zhou, who requested the same information I already provided.I located a the vehicle I wanted and they were going to dealer trade for it. Explained to Zhou that there were several rebates and loyalty programs for a lease on the car until July 5th. Zhou said that the dealer had a 2k mark up for installed items on the traded vehicle. I said that’s nice I’m not paying an extra 2 grand for anything, he became very rude at that point because I explained that I’m not playing games with the price, Acura had a special deal going and I wanted it. The manager then called me and tried explaining that he couldn’t do anything and I was getting the best deal. He also then informed me that my 2020 lease return would need tires and took $1500 off my equity in the vehicle bringing my payment even higher! I told him I’ll go put new tires on it and he then began to back track.Long story short, I called Spreen Acura in riverside gave them one chance to match Acura’s advertised deal and they would have my business. The salesman call me back and said they’d honor the deal and what time would I like to come get the car. I saved over $70/mth on my lease because these guys were straight forward and honest.Avoid this place if you can!!

A high end brand dealership with no loaners. I have an issue with my 2023 RDX I purchased a few months ago that should be covered by the warranty, and they can only offer a shuttle to 15 minutes away maximum. I live 30 minutes away.

My name is Devin Humphrey and we live in Northern California 10 hrs from Escondido. we went to all the dealers in our local area and ended driving to Escondido for our Acura MDX. Zhou was our salesman and super professional. Returned all my calls in a timely manor. We got such good customer service and overall value I will drive 10 hrs every time for my next Acura. The entire staff was great and they have a terrific General Manager that took care of all our concerns. any minor issue I may have had was taken care of Immediately. Thank you all so much.
